Good place over all but staffing is terrible starting with the receptionist MONA terrible attitude when working in healthcare you should know people expect different treatment this place should really look into their staff management does not make you feel welcomed at all responds very short and with attitude everyone else seems nice but they should really look into the first impression they want people to take from their office and the current receptionist is not it

Was told our teleconference would be from 95. That was our appointment time. Wait for the phone call never got it.

Dr. Najafi did a C5 through C7 fusion But did not remove the 3 bone spurs a growing into my spine. Now I am 15 months from that surgery and I have to go under the knife again to remove the bone spurs. Which is a much trickier operation since all the hardware that he put in has to be removed to reach the bone spurs. Thanks doctor Najafi for Putting me through This. Avoid doctor Najafi

I had an extruded disc with ongoing nerve pain in my left leg for 25 years. In June of 2015 Dr Najafi did a L5S1 disectomy on me at the Fresno Surgical Center and my pain was immediately relieved. I have had no pain since then and have resumed my active life which includes intensive swim training through US Masters Swimming. I will need stenosis surgery at some point in time and will use Dr Najafi at that time. I highly recommend him.

So far so good....yesterday my husband had the cervical midline injection and the entire staff to include Dr. Najafi were AWESOME. Now we will see if the injection helps with the pain....35 days.I will update.

My Chiropractor recommended surgery saying he could do no more for me and that my spine was in the worst shape of anyone hed ever worked on. I asked which surgeon he would recommend and he said one of his children needed spine surgery and after much research and due diligence he sent her to Dr. Najafi for a very successful surgery. I had Dr. Najafi do two surgeries for me in successive years for my neck and then my lower back. I woke up from the first one feeling better than I had in 25 years and walked away from the hospital the next day. Same result for the second. I was always treated well by his entire staff. His P.A. Gloria was a God send because she fought with Workers Comp for over 6 months filed all the necessary papers and appeals and finally obtained authorization for my surgery to go ahead. When I had gone in for my first preoperation xrays at another facility the technician asked who was doing my surgery. When I told him Najafi he smiled and said You got the best in the valley he does a lot of surgeries and knows what he is doing. This man is confident direct and not overly chatty but he always answered my questions when asked. Before the first surgery my wife was worried and asked Isnt this kind of dangerous your going to be operating around his spinal chord? The dock smiled waved his hand to the side and said Not to worry Im doing 6 of these tomorrow. I dont know about you but I want someone that is operating on me to feel like he knows what hes doing. During my second surgery I appreciated when he personally came in to sit down and explain to me that there would be an hour or so delay because of an emergency operation that just came in. I highly recommend Dr. Najafi and his entire staff. If you are fixable he can fix you.
