So we are still in a pandemic in case it still needed to be said. It’s disheartening to see medical providers such as himself not take the proper PPE seriously. He came into the exam room sniffling, coughing and not wearing his face mask appropriately. At one point he proceeded to remove his face mask and continue the consultation, on top of all that he still wanted to shake hands afterwards… What could be accommodating is if in the future he can abide by CDC regulations regarding proper mask wearing in a medical setting, using hand sanitizer, and keeping social distance especially when I was just there for a simple consultation. So no, the visit was not pleasant, I did not feel safe, I hope they can do better in the future.

I went to st Agnus Jan 6th, and Dr. Ali saw me and diagnosed the issue quickly and started the treatment early on. Thank you Dr. Ali for wonderful job.

My wife & I are retired & we relocated, near the Clovis Community Hospital, specifically to be near the medical care facilities in the community. Dr Ali has provided me excellent medical advise & I have been very pleased with his medical care. THANK YOU!!!

Rude doctor. He doesn't explain anything. He told me I'm not a doctor n to just take the medications he prescribed when I wanted was more info on the meds. I'm not asking for a presentation about it. The front desk answers the phone but he or a medical assistant can never be reached.
