Dr. Allende is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The wait can be long but it is because he actually cares and spends time with his patients. He has helped me a lot over the years and looks for the cause of a problem rather than throwing the most recent drugs at it which can be hard to find nowadays.

About three months ago this office faxed a referral for me. The other office never contacted me. Today, I reported this information to Dr. Allende's office expecting that they would help me to find out what happened. They told me to call the other doctor's office. I did and they said that they do not have the referral so I called back Dr Allende's office to update them . I do not know if it was send or it was lost. However, as I told the receptionist at Dr. Allende's office, I was expecting more help from them. They did not showed any interest in solving the issue. They passed the task to me. As a long time "client", I was very disappointed. Additionally, I had to make my update call, for the third time, from another phone because the receptionist did not respond when I first called with the update. Since I was not comfortable leaving a voice message, I switched phones to talk with her. From my perspective, very very poor customer service.

Looking forward to going into my third year with Dr. Allende. I visit him on a regular basis in order to stay healthy. He has me on some vitamins and supplements, and my friends marvel at how healthy I look, and how energetic I am.

Dr. Allende is awesome! He's smart, compassionate and thorough, and is willing to think outside of the box in reasonable and careful ways to make sure his patients are well taken care of. God bless him!

Its tough to find a good Dr that cares about you. Dr. Diego Allende is a great man that has helped me overcome medical challenges and pushed me to be better in my diet and Physical life. He is a straight shooter and tells you just how it is. He's a man that cares about his family just as most of do about ours and that I can respect and support that.

Really down-to-earth's doctor he listens to me but this time when I went in his nurse practitioner was taking his clients on because he was on vacation and she was pretty cool too... but on this recent visit another nurse practitioner came in and talk to me and listen to me pretty good and then he came in after her and again as always he's very attentive to his patients he listens to us and he describes in detail what is treatment plan is there if he's going to prescribe any meds he tells me exactly what's going on really like this doctor
