I have had severe lower back pain and neck pain for many years. I was unable to stand for more than a few seconds or walk for more than a minute without having to sit down or lean my upper body down to relieve the pain. I was referred to Dr. Goswami about two years ago and with his procedures on my back and neck I am able to stand for several minutes and walk much farther than before. He actually listens when I talk with him and he unerringly finds the source of the pain every time. He is an outstanding doctor.
