Anesthesia Consultants-Fresno's Online Review Report Card

I recently had a small procedure and I had to pay for my portion of the bill. I went onto their website and discovered I could pay for my bill online which was very convenient for me since I work long hours and and I don’t have time to wait on the phone or go out in person and wait in long lines. So glad the process was fast and easy!

Thad anesthesia with ACF a little over two weeks ago. It was a great experience overall. I received my bill and it was super easy to read and I just logged on and was able to pay my bill and be done with it! I would definitely recommend this office on the quality of care alone, however the fact that the billing department has made it so easy to pay my bill. Well, that never happens. 5 stars from me!

I recently had surgery, the anesthesiologist came to my bed, explained what he would be doing, risk and expectations after surgery. He came to my room the next day after surgery to see how I was doing. My previous surgies each anesthesiologist that was assigned to me was very informative and pleasant. When I have had to call the office regarding my bill, the girls are nice and help me understand my bill.

I had a great experience with Amy in their local office. She was beyond helpful and gave me all the direction I needed to deal with my insurance company to take care of my anesthesia bill... Would use them again!

This was my first surgery, I was very nervous being put to sleep. Dr. Wiggins was very nice talking to me and explaining everything. I wasn’t as nervous when they took me to the OR.

I didn't get the name of the doctor who put me to sleep just want to say thank you. I was a little bit nervous, he was nice calmed me down and made me feel better

They billed the incorrect insurance company for my anesthesia claim. So I tried many times calling and only got their automated phone answering system and I tried every extension possible including the operator but they all were unavailable and had no voicemail options. I simply couldn’t get through to them by phone after many many attempts. So I decided to actually drive to their office which is a fair drive to get to them. When I arrived there at approximately 11am the only one in the office was the receptionist. Absolutely nobody else there. She didn’t seem to be very happy to be there. I asked why nobody answers the phones and she said the others were not at work today. The receptionist did take my information and said she would give the information to the proper person and have them call me the next day. I can see in other reviews that others experienced similar problems with phones and getting help from their office staff. I hope they call me and I can get things straightened out with them. Update today on 8/11/23: someone called me from Anesthesia Consultants today and said they are working on getting this resolved. I will be watching and hoping for the insurance to cover the cost completely or for Anesthesia Consultants to write off this bill due to the mixup. We will see. At least someone finally contacted me.

I had a great experience with anesthesia for my surgery. When my bill came I called and left a v/m for a call back. The next day I got a call back from their office explaining that they have outsourced their billing and are in the process of moving offices. She apologized and I paid my bill.
