Called to follow up on an appt. Was put on hold only to be asked if I was a provider or patient. When I answered patient I was put on hold for a 15 minutes with someone picking up and placing back on hold every 5 mins. I made sure to stay on the line long enough for someone to say they needed to transfer me to another department only for it get dropped

Awesome!!! Very thorough! She's my husband nephrologist and over saw his living donor kidney transplant. He's 2.5 years out now and is doing great!. She got him in first this for the booster and I'm up next. 5 Stars!!!!!!!!

Ok so my grand mother is a patient there and I myself was thinking about changing neurologist to his office,but I've seen how my grand mother has been treated there,I now know I would not recommend to nobody. I've been doing some research on different neurologist and he is supposed to be really good, but the way his office or him treats one of his patience is not good at all, now I'm not trying to say he is the worst. But maybe trying to be a little more helpful,carering and listen to his patience.

My first appointment I had to wait 2 hrs for the dr to arrive. it was 8 am and the first apptmt of the day. When she arrived, she said that my appointment had been cancelled and she apologized. The next apptmt was on time and I do like Dr Suri. She is very thorough. Her staff is horrible though. I arrived again yesterday for a lab appointment that they had scheduled 3 mos ago. They called me several times to confirm my appointment. When I arrived, the door was locked. I knocked and someone answered and said she was closing down and she did not have any appointment scheduled. I would have to reschedule. Well, I am not rescheduling.

Dr. Suri is the best doctor I have ever had, and I have had plenty. She diagnosed my lupus at our first appointment, when I was in stage IV kidney failure and didn’t know it. She started my treatment right away, and I believe she saved my life. She was always very caring and concerned not only for my physical health, but mental and emotional as well. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to her. Thank you, Dr. Suri!!

I was under her care at DaVita Plams Bluff for almost a year. She did not know one thing about me but when I started to complain about mistreatment of patients by staff and threats she found out I had been blind. Although she knew I had surgery that corrected me vision, she reported me to DMV almost 6 months after my surger. I went to the DMV hearing amd I am still driving. She allows her staff to be cruel to the elderly and disabled patients and only shows up for monthly metings. It is all about the dollar with this wicked low life.

She is very "unprofessional" and a liar. She is in charge of DaVita Palm Bluff in Fresno and allows her staff to disrespect, neglect, steal medications from patients and over bills Medi-Care and Medi-Cal for services not provided! I have first hand experince with this horrible woman. If you have an elderly parent on dialysis at Palm Bluff, go with them and watch how they treat the other paitiens or even your own parent when you are not around.

They cover up stolen medication. They overbill Medi-Care and Medical. If you complaint the Dr. reports you to DMV so you have to take a reexamination. My driving was not an issue until I complained about the hostile treatment! This woman only cares about the money!
