Had a bad experience with her myself. I only saw her because my normal doctor was out sick and I had to see her. Had a really bad cold that had been going on for over a week. Wanted to see her for possible antibiotics. She pulled out my chart and saw the word "Rhinitis" (allergies) on it. Without even checking me, she just said, "Oh you have allergies. That's all this is." I told her that I can tell the difference between a cold and an allergy. I've had both. She just slammed the file shut and just told me I had allergies and walked out the door. What's up with that????
I've been attending this office for the past 15 years and every year is a struggle to get an appointment, call back, updated prescriptions or even common curiosity when dealing with her patients and thier time. Today was the final straw for me, I made an appointment for an allergic reaction due to the covid shot on my arm (Had to see in person to understand how far it spread into my chest area) and was told to be there by 1115 for an 1130 appointment, I did as I was told and after all the paperwork was done they said oh we called you a bit ago to cancel your appointment and do a phone appointment instead, I said okay well I didn't get that call and I'm physically here so she can understand the full picture along with the chest pains ect. They went to the back and said oh well she's on another appointment phone call and then we'll have to see if she's even willing to see you! I was like I'm confused as to why if you moved me to a phone appointment without every really calling me and now she's on the phone with another appointment that would have been my time right? The lady just sat there staring at me saying ummmmm....I called Clovis Urgent care and was seen by an amazing Dr there who said without a doubt I needed to be seen in person especially with the arm numbness, bruising and extention into the chest cavity area. Officially getting a new physician that takes pride in actually treating the patient....

Very happy with the service and care provided by Dr. Arreola. She listens to my concerns and has referred me to specialist when required.

Dr.Arreola is a great dr. however its hard get an appointment if you need to see her the same day or the next. Staff is good except for Rachel that works the front desk. She is unprofessional and speaks down to the patients. I dont believe the dr. knows how she speaks to people or that would change immediately. Overall good dr just need to replace ghetto Rachel!!

Everyone in my household used to go to Dr. Arreola and we have all left over the past year or two.She does not actually listen to your concerns or take you seriously, and is always in a rush to get you out. To be quite honest, she treats you like an idiot. One visit: I went in with a skin condition and told her "a long time ago I had [x] and the Fresno State nurse gave me [x] medicine." She glanced at it from 4 feet away and basically said "Eh that's probably what it is." Wrote the prescription and left. That was not what my condition was.Another time, I went in for knee pain and only received a lecture about my BMI (I know clinically I am overweight.) Turns out, I had a serious injury - osteochondral dessicans - and ended up having surgery for it. Thanks again, Fresno State health center for taking me seriously!
Dr. Arreola has been my doc for about 4 years. I like and agree with her approach to my healthcare needs. She always has an action plan and is thorough.

Dr Arreola is a very caring compassionate physician who truly cares about her patients. Recently when some lab results came back abnormal, she personally called and asked me to schedule a follow up appt so that she can explain and speak to me about a treatment plan. She was also extremely helpful when I experienced an illness out of town and needed assistance. All in all the office staff are good and you usually never have to wait very much past your appointment time.
