Very unprofessional and takes forever to get things done. Let me just ask?! Why are they not allowing me as a parent to request for my child's medical records? I'm very upset and I will look into my rights. You will hear back from me! I am sure to make sure everyone that I know does NOT come there anymore. I was instructed to do what I had to do..it took them forever to get back to me that I have to call and check up on jt...then turn around and tell me I cant get my child's record. I was instructed to sign a release form. So unprofessional and waste of my time!

I dont know who would give this establishment 1 star. I'd give more than 5 if I could. The staff is super friendly and Dr. Attia is a wonderful doctor and an amazing human being. I love her and she is so good to my child.

I called to make an appointment as a NEW PATIENT for my son.The receptionist right away without asking any further questions said "The doctor is not accepting Medi-cal patients"First of all my family is not on medi-cal and I never mentioned any kind of insurance.She changed her tone and asked what insurance I had. I told her it was through my husbands JOB and she put me on hold to see if the doctor would see us?Bad vibe. Bad customer service. Bad bad bad. I hung up.I am glad I experienced that on the phone and not wasted my time visiting the office.You should mention on your WEBSITE that you don't accept MEDI-CAL or NEW PATIENTS AT ALL!!!!!so people don't waste time calling this office!!!!!
