Wow, Avantè Medical Aesthetics in Fresno is pretty cool! Everyone was super nice and made sure I was comfy the whole time. I've known Mary for several years now I've had bumps in the road with her before with products and how much I'm being charged and scheduling problems, but this is an all new low. She had me come in to take pictures as a follow up, which I had already did only to get me in there and I mentioned I'd like to have my lips done down the road possibly and she said I needed to remove the old filler it migrated above my lip and I've been told this before by others but I didn't want to dissolve my filler I was happy with it, but she before I knew it had a needle and stuck it in the area above my top lip and told me she had people come into the office with other people's filler and she would dissolve it for free but she charged me $85 even though I never agreed to any of this the next day the area above my lip was so wrinkled. I was so upset. It looked like a smoker and she argued with me and told me my skin is horrible. I don't take care of it. That's why it looks like that! I paid to have a vile of filler put in, but it didn't really make a difference. I still have the creases above my lip Mary was so rude and money, hungry I was so unhappy I still am. I was supposed to go back in for a follow up, but I did not want to go in fear she would do more damage and charge me more money. This fiasco cost me $800 to be wrinkled and deflated!Never again I'm done

I had a great experience felt very welcoming. Front desk was very friendly and nice to all my questions. All my needs were addressed and my skin looks and feels amazing after my Sofwave treatment. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you
