My baby had an appointment at 9:30Am and I have been waiting over an hour. Yet, two people who arrive few minutes ago were assisted already. The receptionists and staff have favouritism and it's so unfair. Seriously considering to change my kids peditrician.

I truly dislike dr bala he is always rough with my son. He likes to raise his voice at patients. The office opens at 9 but dr doesn’t show up until 10. I do not recommend this dr office to anyone.

Receptionist for this office is so rude over the phone, can already imagine how she treats people in person. It’s really a disservice to the physician because potential patients may be inclined to avoid this office.

First time and definitely a good. Very professional. Friendly service. Wait time is a bit much since they do walk ins only. But i like how clean and professional they are. The lady who does the blood draw next door, was so chatty in a good way loved her energy and she was very professional.

This clinic doesn’t deserve a star but I have to give one in order to write a comment. The lady are so rude if something is wrong with the insurance they won’t tell you & make you wait for nothing. They won’t see you by the time they give appointment, it’s by the order in the notebook.I don’t recommend you going here. Please go somewhere else.the ladies inside are so mean and rude and discriminate you. The Dr. is always 1 hr & a half late, is always taking breaks every time he sees a kid. It’s just a lot to wait. And a wait of gasoline and time..👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Vieja pe dejas sin experiencia huevonas!

If I could leave no star I would This doctors office to start off is disgusting the chairs have rips in them The staff is highly unprofessional Dr. Bala continuously yells at me and my child he is not patient and should not be a pediatrician The staff nor the doctor listens to anything that I say about my child and Dr. Bala continuously gets aggressive and yells at my child and overall my child gets high anxiety and very distraught when he hast to see Dr. Bala because of the way they treat him would not recommend maybe Dr. Bala should look into a different practice of medicine because pediatrician is not what he should be doing he has no patience for children

My doctor, my parents trusted him with me ever since I was 7 and I'm 15, really appreciate all the work he does.

doctor was nice and friendly. I like him because when my son needs cream for his skin, the doctor always prescribe me few more which save me trip and wait time to his office. however, I am not a big fan of this office. It always busy and office is small which make the room seems so crowded. They close for lunch and don't have place to wait when you have to arrive early and wait in the car in the summer time. The cleanness is ok, not too bad but not too great.
