You will never know when this location is open. Today there was no sign posted to let the patient know they are closed. Made 2 trips before calling the Fresno office. That was useless.

Awful customer service they are very rude and all of the people working there are just on their phone so it takes forever to be seen.

This was my wife's first visit here. I have always asked my spouse's doctor/specialist additonal questions during her appointments. This particular doctor seemed as though she was offended that I was asking questions. I told my spouse that she should have scheduled an appointment at the office on Milburn. The doctor then said, "if you are not comfortable with what I'm saying, I can have you escorted out". I responded by saying, "Why would you have me escorted out? I'm not a threat nor am I being disrespectful." She then responded by saying, "so you will know where the exit is." This is very unprofessional. DO NOT COME TO THIS OFFICE, The staff at the Milburn location is kind, professional and does not mind answering any questions that you may have.

Great experience. I have received allergy shots for 5 years. The staff is very professional and they have made accommodations with my allergy shots, allowing me to make less trips since I live 50 miles away. I highly recommend the Baz Allergy & Asthma Center.

On my first visit to Baz on Clovis Ave and Belmont I was given a medication to try that has lethal (death) side effects when taken with alcohol. This was after I indicated to the doctor that I consume alcohol on a regular basis. on my second visit to Baz, the new "provider" that assisted me couldn't believe that the first specialist gave me that medication after indicating that I consume alcohol on a regular basis! But then failed to renew my most basic asthma medication (albuterol) after indicating to both nurse and provider and I needed a refill. after calling back and pointing out the mistake on their part the provider than refused to issue me the medication that keeps me alive unless I make a new appointment even though I already had an appointment scheduled two months away. They told me if I wanted to keep breathing I would have to go to the ER! So that's twice with in two visit that the specialist at Baz put my health at risk! I refuse to have anything to do with Baz from now on! Always research medication given to you but your doctor before taking them!!! Thank god FDA approval Primatine Mist for sale again as this saved my buy when Baz screwed up and refused to help fix their mistake!

Efficient and friendly.

Extremely unprofessional. Worst service of my life. They take no responsibility for their actions when they are in the wrong. Possibly even worse than western dental service. I was speaking to someone in billing who was demeaning and minimizing my issues. The manager was standoffish and didn't relay information to her employees well. On top of that, there are better services like Curex that offer better pricing. Doctors seem to do minimal work in appointments. The only great thing is the short time for allergen shots.

I had an issue and they corrected it quickly. I really like the doctor here and the people are great.

I’ve never had such exasperating conversations with a doctor as I have with Baz Allergy. My 12 year old som has Autism and is unable to communicate any medical concerns. Dr. Baz has repeatedly started conversations with me in the most confrontational way, said he “doesn’t care about court orders”, refuses to allow me to schedule an appointment (but will allow my son’s mother to do so), doesn’t let me speak, refuses to look over previous doctor’s findings that contradict his, states that he doesn’t need any of my input as a 50% custody holder to prescribe medications to my son, and has hung up on me twice. I’ve never met him in person. My son is now up to 16 prescribed medications without Dr. Baz having enough information to prescribe a single medication. Dr. Baz’s actions jeopardize my son’s health which he is sworn to protect. If this is how he routinely treats his patients and those with special needs, you should be concerned about trusting him with your health.
