TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My mother got nose surgery from this man and she has had major complications since then. She can’t smell or breathe out of her left nostril. He told her “Well your FREAKEN nose is doing better than before”. How dare he. My entire familyIs reporting this doctor to the board.

I have severe breathing issues and sinus tissue that needed correction including a deviated septum. Dr. Tonkinson was very professional and dealt with my health issues with all the care and expertise that one would expect. My insurance refused to cover one of the items but he did the surgery anyway without charging me. I have read some of the other comments about his rudeness and even racism. Those comments are irresponsible and without merit. As a Hispanic I felt no such attitude towards me. He has a wonderful gruff mannerisms and a no nonsense behavior so what He is the best at what he does. Those who accuse him of being rude may be confusing him with a psychologist He is not but a great ENT.

I had a bad experience today this doctor has a bad vocabulary Only for respect I didnt tell something back I dont know if he is only like that with Hispanic people he dont have education as a doctor he is so RUDE I dont recomend him

I was surprised to see a few people dissatisfied with Dr Thompson. He did a septoplasty on me a few years ago and he was very honest and forthright with me.He might come across a little loud or straight forward that’s his personality.I recently found out he went on a medical Mission to Armenian to help kids with corrective surgery who had breathing problems.I would personally put his work up against any Dr in the country he’s that good.He can also do a Rhinoplasty not to many ENT can put that on their resume.

This Dr took over my care when Dr. Moore retired. He has always treated me with respect and care. I wouldnt go to any other Dr unless he suggest it.

Persona tan mas grosero y racista... Muy grosero no deja al paciente hablar y se enoja porque le hablan en ingles con acento latino...no deberia de estar ejerciendo trata muy mal a los pacientes no revisa bien y no permite que le expliquen lo que uno tiene aparte no se documenta antes en el historial del paciente... Este Doctor como especialista no sirve .. Es un maleducado y grosero 7 personas estuvieron a punto de demandarlo por fañta de profesionalidad y etica
