Brooke Brouha's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Brouha is the absolute best, but.... The office is a disaster. Tried to set an appointment for my wife this AM and waited on hold for 20 minutes. This afternoon, I tried to change an appointment for myself. On hold for 30 minutes until I finally had to hang up. Called back and the receptionist picks up quickly and says "there are 2 calls ahead of you (which was the case this morning) I said "wait" and told her of my waiting on the line so long. She said "we are very busy" My point: If business is so good HIRE MORE STAFF!

Sharing this review for my Wife - a physician for more than 3 decades ... As as physician myself for the last 35 years I am sorry to report a very poor experience with Dr Brouha and his staff. In short - while he is a nice man in person: 1. there was no follow up or follow through from him or his staff regarding the plan for care. I had to call his office after my appointments to get follow up on the plan we just agreed . Need to extend the medicine he just had me on? "Sorry you will need to schedule an appointment." I can tell you from decades of being a doctor, one that saw patients everyday, that is a very substandard reply (one which is not intended to help the patient but sadly, it is optimized to generate more office visits). 2. I left multiple messages over the course of two weeks with no return call and calling the office to get an actual person, was equally as difficult. Once you got someone their reply was always the same, "our policy is that you have to see the Dr and no we can't ask him a question or give him a message". Very disappointing.

Dr. Brouha is wonderful. Super knowledgeable and pragmatic. He takes the time, has science-backed answers to questions, and pays attention! Thanks, Dr. Brouha!

Dr. Brouha in my 8 month history w/him: A family-man that is knowledgeable, respectful, and a dedicated professional (when removing basal carcinoma, Br. Brouha calmed my nerves w/facts and a steady, comforting demeanor. Solid dude too!)

Really great doctor passionate and empathetic highly recommend

I believe excellence should be recognized. I lost half of my hair in 2 months. Dr. Brouha did a biopsy to rule out any pathology. He also told me to have my doctor run my ferritin levels. It turns out I had critically low levels of iron. For months I was having heart arrhythmias, waking up gasping for air, breaking out into cold sweats and having shaking episodes. None of my other doctors thought to check my ferritin levels, they only checked my hemoglobin, which was normal. My symptoms were passed off to stress, or thyroid imbalance. Low iron can lead to heart failure, and I believe I was having symptoms of this. I am now getting iron infusions, I feel great & my hair has stopped falling out. He took time to teach me while I was in the exam room, breaking out his marker and whiteboard. You can feel how much he cares for his patients and I am just so thankful that he is my doctor. He went above and beyond for me, and I believe he quite literally has saved my life.

Professional office excellent physician smooth admin app

Everyone is great! Office is clean. Very attentive, coffee and water supplied. Dr Brouha is especially good at devising a plan specific to your needs, and explaining it. Great doctor with excellent bedside manner.
