Waited a hour to be seen. 7 people came in after us and was seen before us. I had to go remind the front desk that we were still here. She comes back 10 mins later to say…oh we’re just waiting for a chair for you. Normally we don’t allow parents to go back there…then….another 10 mins later they call my child back there and I can’t go back there. Please be mindful of people’s time.

The staff is so friendly and polite. Always feels like you're one of their "favorite" clients. Quick to get you in and out but it never feels rushed. Good flow.

I have been a patient of Haven’s Orthodontics since 2013. Dr. Havens and his staff are phenomenal. Even after having my braces removed in 2017, they are quick to get me in if I ever have any issues arise with my retainers. Would definitely recommend!
