Good service

Their advertised hours online and on their door, for Sunday are not accurate!! They close at 5pm on Sunday and not 7pm, as indicated. This needs to be updated! It’s not good when you are dealing with an urgent care situation.

Just pulled in and business states they're open until 7pm but the staff decided to close at 4pm. What a waste of time driving across the city.

I went on a Saturday night at 6:30 PM. One person ahead of me. Staff was extremely nice. The doctor I got was a younger Hispanic male (didn’t get his name) Very knowledgeable and very respectful. He sent my prescription over to the 24 hour Walgreens. I was in and out of there in less than a half an hour. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a good experience at an urgent care. So I’m hoping if I need to use it again I have an experience just like this one!

Their customer service could not get any worse.

I had an excellent experience at St. Agnes Urgent Care Main Campus. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. The check-in process was organized with friendly staff. I was called back with minimal wait time...I was fortunate to arrive during not so busy time. Amy NP did an excellent job repairing my laceration. She was professional, knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. Thank you for a job well done!

Once you're in & seeing the doctor, you get taken care of within 30 minutes, but I can't say the same for whoever the receptionist/opening staff are. I & a few others were waiting outside past 9am (when they are supposed to open), & it was still dark inside like no one was there. 1 woman called inside at 9:15am & a woman named Julia responded with "you can just open the door" - who just opens a door for a place that looks closed? No greeting or anything? This is not the only time as my spouse had the exact experience earlier this year. The front desk doesn't give a good impression but doctors have been good so far.

Nobody can control how long wait times are, so anyone complaining about that should be ignored. No one wants to get sick, but at least this place is open and takes WALK-INS, which most Dr Office doesn't allow. I go here when I'm sick but not serious enough for the emergency room. The staff has always gotten me in and out as time allows based on how many ppl are here before me. Would recommend if you are sick and your DR doesn't do Walk-Ins.
