They have been HORRIBLE! i have tried contacting them regarding my follow up and have yet to get a returned call. I have gone in there and sat to wait for a manager to meet with me to find out what is going on however she never came out. I drove down again to see a manager she was not there but was promised again (her name was kim) she would call me that day, I GOT NOTHING!! This has been going on ...

Terribly abusive staff. Had appointment for a stress test. The tech kicked me out because I objected to wearing a mask on a stress treadmill test. There you need to breathe. Was very rude and stupid. Told me, "we're done" before starting the test, and would not reconsider. Treated me like a bum. This denied me medical diagnostics needed for my heart condition. Like, "who cares, just wear your mask." EXTREMELY RUDE. It freaks me out to see how heartless this doctor is when the goal is helping people. Going somewhere else, for sure. I sure agree with a lot of other posters.

The staff is very friendly and the professionalism is great ?? Dr Sohn is the very best in Fresno Ca he has great bedside manners and he is fast and very thorough and i will refer him to everyone i know who needs a cardiac specialist !!!!👍👍👍👍

Zero bedside manner. Seems to have little concern for you as an individual. Does not allow any questions to be asked. Seems incredibly rushed, just displays absolutely no concern for your condition or how you're feeling. I have unfortunately had serious conditions my whole life that have given me The opportunity to meet hundreds of doctors-not once have I ever met a doctor who hasn't asked me at the end of the appointment "do you have any questions?" -until I met Dr. Sohn. Never once has he asked me if I have any, , in fact he typically walks out into the hallway giving me no sign whatsoever that my appointment is over. It's absolutely egregious behavior for a physician, imo. The only bummer is he's one of a few specialists that are adequately trained in this field in this medically underserved Central Valley., So options are limited.

Extremely difficult to get through to the office , Reallll bad .. I saw the doctor one time and then I saw his PA a few times he was telling me something totally different than the last cardiologist told me.. no test at all I saw a new dr in July She ordered abdominal aorta Ultrasound and come to find out I have an aneurysm she also did an echo of the carotid artery‘s and of my heart, I haven’t heard those results yet think I’m going to stay with this new doctor Dr. SOhn is just another HMO doctor you get five minutes.. lucky I didn’t stay there with him , might b dead now!

It is clear that he is mentally unstable and not fit for the job anymore which is unfortunate to say. I’ve been going to him for years because there aren’t many options in the area but he has been aggressive and simply hateful everytime I’ve seen him.

Six years ago, I was told my husband wouldn't make it through the night after having a heart attack, he thought he had the flu so he did not go in right away. They rushed through er only to have Dr. Charles Sohn take his time putting a stent in my husbands artery. Luckily there was another dr. in the room with Sohn, he told him to hurry up, Sohn said what was the rush he is a dead man he waited to long, and proceeded to put a stent that was too small in my husband, the other dr told him it was too small and made him get a bigger one and told him to hurry up again. How do I know all this? My husband was awake the whole time Sohn fiddle farted around he was trying to meditate. They wanted to intubate him that's when my husband popped up and said no way in hell. He said he thought Sohn was going to have a heart attack himself, the other dr just grinned. Sohn changed his attitude and got busy, later he calls me on my cell phone to tell me my husband wouldn't make it through the night, and it wasn't his fault we waited too long, he didn't know I was with my husband he was wide awake and coherent. Sohn only came to see my husband once in his ccu room, because my husband told him to get the hell out and don't come back. After my husband got out of the hospital he went to Sohn twice all he wanted to do was put a defibrullator in him. He told him his heart function was only 21 percent and it won't go up any higher, he would have to be at 35 or higher to not need one. He left him on "baby doses" of medication so he wouldn't get better. We left Sohn and got a new cardiologist. On are third try, we got a cardiologist who knew what he was doing he had my husband go through a nuclear stress test, his heart is doing great, he is up to 40 percent heart function, his dead tissue on his heart has healed. And he was told he DOESN'T NEED A DEFIBRULLATOR. If we had stayed with Sohn my husband wouldn't be here today. Don't go to this inept excuse of a cardiologist.

My husband had a heart attack six years ago, he didn't know he was having a heart attack he had all the symptoms of the flu so he didn't go in right away. Sohn was in no hurry to put a stent in his heart thank god there was another doctor in there with him, Sohn thought my husband was unconscious, the other doctor told him to hurry up and get this done. Sohn told him what's the hurry he is a dead man he waited too long, and he was going to put a stent that was too small the other doctor told him to use a larger stent again Sohn told it's not going to matter he is a goner. The nurse was going to do a tracheotomy on my husband, he grabbed her arm and said don't even try it, Sohn about had a heart attack of his own, the other doctor just grinned. My husband told him he heard every word he said and do what the other doctor said and hurry up. That's how much Sohn cares about his patients, he doesn't. He finally called me and told me my husband wouldn't make it though the night. I was with him he was awake and alert. I told him "What" he said it's not my fault he waited too long to come in. Seven days later my husband was released from the hospital Sohn didn't want to do anything but put a defib in my husband, he stayed with him a few months, and we noticed all his patients looked like death warmed over, he changed to a different cardiologist he didn't understand why Sohn had him on Baby meds. He just wanted to make his money on putting in a defib. Bottom line six years later he just went through a Cardio Nuclear stress test and the cardiologist found nothing wrong he is doing fine. No signs of any further heart attacks St Agnes Cardio Rehab said they have gotten a lot of complaints about Sohn and they all left him flat. If you value your life don't go to Charles Sohn

My experience with Dr Sohn is that he does not listen to what I say, or take Into account what my primary Dr says about my health. I had to take my adult daughter with me to try to get him to listen. His staff is also very rude. They do not want you to ask any questions.
