Love that wait time was way less.

This place is super all over . Doesn't give enough information for stuff or details then you in a contract and burnt . Can hardly ever get ahold of a person in the office and not a rep of some sort . I highly recommend you go somewhere else for ortho . They also super over book at times cant get appointments for months out when you schedule after a visit so glad today is our last appointment.

Took my daughter here due to a referral from her dentist, The staff was nice especially the dental assistant she was super friendly amazing really! The dentist on the other hand was pretty rude and would laugh at what I had to say when I was just explaining what the other dentist have told me🤷🏻‍♀️. She stated she couldn’t do any of the work my daughter needed and would have to refer her out, but She wanted to pull out 2 of her baby teeth that were in “the way” and to see if she can stand getting work done without being sedated.I said no since I want my daughter to get the work she actually needs done and she got mad I didn’t let her.

I normally don't leave reviews, but parents should know what kind of environment they may be walking into. The dental staff themselves were kind with the children, but the lead or something completely ruined the experience. She came across as petty, rude, and unprofessional from the moment there was even a small issue/question. Instead of handling concerns calmly, she had an attitude the entire time and spoke in a very dismissive tone. Shes the one with the one with the full front and flat back When you're bringing children into a dentist office, you expect patience and professionalism -- especially from management. Unfortunately, this office felt tense and uncomfortable because of how the manager treated people. Customer service clearly is not a priority here. I would recommend finding a pediatric office where parents and children are treated with more respect.

My son needed his appointment in February for ortho they ended up schedule him till april then called me on the day of his appointment its canceled and to reschedule until may, i asked if he can be seen by another doctor they said no there wasnt…now why do they have so many patients and keep receiving more if you dont have enough doctors also im paying for his braces and since last year they keep telling me next visit they are fixing the broken ones well hopefully next visit 😤

The front office staff was quite pleasant, especially when compared to the individuals working in the back besides the young lady who gave my son x-ray seems more friendly. One of the hygienists, who was cleaning my son's teeth, appeared rather displeased, look moody and did not offer a greeting to my 5-year-old son, simply instructing him to sit down and didn't instruct him when she want him to spit in the tube when she spray water in his mouth. I'm under the impression that She must expect ALL LITTLE KIDS to know which i had to getup and explain to my little one, which is ridiculous. The Indian guy doctor who subsequently entered did not introduce Himself to me or greet my son, merely telling him to open his mouth, performing the examination, and then departing acting like the parent doesn't exist. Anyone would anticipate that in a facility designed for children, the staff and doctors would exhibit greater amiability and strive to make the children feel at ease rather than anxious.

My children receive dental treatment here. I have had them cancel on me 3 times since beginning of the year because the dentist isn't available to provide treatment/service for the appointment that we scheduled 2-3 months in advance. My daughter receives orthodontist care here as well. I thought great she can see the dentist and have her braces put on in the same place. I was wrong. The ortho is rarely available. My daughter needed her brace wire repaired because it became loose and started poking her gum causing pain, bleeding and discomfort. I called them about the issue. They told me they had no available appointments to have her seen same day or next day but I would get a call for follow up to see if they could squeeze her in. A week later I never got a call. When I followed up they told me they already scheduled her 3 weeks out to follow up on the broken brace wire (I was never informed about). Apparently the orthodontist comes from out of town and isn't based at the clinic. I told them at this point the wire had already fallen off and she needed it repaired completely. So my daughter was walking around with no brace wire on half her mouth for 2 weeks. Come to find out someone else tells me that I could have just taken her in same day when the broken brace wire began poking her gum causing her to bleed. At this point I am pretty upset since no one told me this or provided this option. This dental office takes on so many patients resulting in no appt availability impacting the services they provide and resulting in 2-3 month appt turn arounds. I'm disappointed with the fact that I am paying nearly $5,000 for braces that require regular maintenance that they are not getting. Their call center staff and front desk staff are all very friendly but their services are just poorly facilitated.
