Giving a 1 star is a stretch. It wouldn't let me give 0. The office staff doesn't answer the phone and they do not EVER return messages. I tried several times to schedule an appointment and I'm an established patient. I've witnessed other people experiencing the same issues. You are only as good as your staff... This is not the only problem I've had with their lack of parient care.

No greeting from dr., had me doing tests and sent company to my home with no information on any of it! Then I had allergic reaction to medication and called & called. Received call back 5 weeks later!! Even my md office manager didn't receive calls back from their office manager. Don’t waste your time if you want quality care.

They all were pleasant. And attentive. Dr.K is a great physician. Big points all around.

I have been very happy with my experience thus far. You might have a slight wait, but remember, when it is your turn you want to have the doctor at your disposal. Because she does take her time to answer questions and take care of your needs, it may cause a delay in other peoples time. Always remember, we are not the only patient waiting to see the doctor. There are also times emergencies can happen. The office staff was very forthcoming and helpful. Our health care is under great pressure in todays time. Try to be compassionate 🙏

I took my elderly, special needs resident to have a pulmonary function test today, and they treated her with such respect and kindness. Sad to say it's not always the welcome we get at doctor's appointment. Special shout out to Ben, the tech who conducted the test. There's a special place in heaven for people like you. 👍

My wife was seen as a new patient. The staff were friendly and competent. Dr. Kandaswamy was very knowledgeable and patient with our questions. Thank you for getting my wife on the right track.

brought here by daughter in law. little bit long wait every appointment but breathing problem gotten much better. Very happy and able to do outdoor activities now

After a CT scan, I was referred to Dr. Kandaswamy for a lung nodule. She recommended another CT scan in 6 months. I asked her how fast it would grow if it were cancerous, and she said it would most likely double in size in 3 mos. I told her I didn’t want to wait that long! Finally she said she would order another CT scan in 3 months. I waited, but nothing...After calling several times, she finally ordered the wrong test, so I had to reschedule. When I finally got the CT scan order, 5 months had passed. I had it done and was to see her next week. With COVID-19 here, I called and asked if she could call me with the results and then if I needed to go in I would. They said she would not do that. I left a msg with her NP, but no response. I called again and they wouldn’t transfer me; they would only relay a msg. When I told them my request they said no. I then got a copy of the results from Imaging and read them myself. I am not going to expose myself knowingly to the virus! Unbelievable.

RUDE. This has to be the most unprofessional MD I have ever had the misfortune of seeing. She is extremely rude and cannot handle being wrong. In all honesty I should file a lawsuit against the woman. Being allergic to z pack, she prescribed it to me. AFTER I PUT IT IN MY ALLERGIES AND ITS IN MY RECORDS. (She acted like she didn’t have a clue). Thinking she was a proper MD and prescribed me something I wasn’t allergic to, I just took the meds. Ended up in the ER in Anaphylactic shock. When it was brought to her attention at my visit today she could have cared less..it was my fault. She was also supposed to prescribe me new inhalers (that she didn’t) as was told to stop taking mine. Well...when she was called out for not prescribing them IT WAS NOT HER FAULT. I don’t know where she got her medical degree but it definitely needs to be taken away. I will be reporting her to the medical board. She is rude and I honestly don’t think she really knows how to treat asthma. What a nightmare. Oh... and her staff is just as rude.
