Walked in and out with a quickness but felt VERY taken care of. I called everywhere and was constantly told 1hr wait , or turned away. The lady with blonde curly hair greeted me with the warmest smile and made me feel very welcomed. The medical assistant was very friendly and noticed the book I was reading and gave her input. The PA Bill, was very nice. Took care of me very well. Would 100% recommend

Says they are open until 5:30. Showed up at 5:00 and no one was there but a guy in the back on the phone. Never looked up. Post the correct hours. They are not even posted on the door. Just online.

I recently visited Dr. Klug's urgent care facility with my sick 2 year old daughter who had a fever. To say our experience was disappointing would be an understatement. Dr. Klug barely glanced at my daughter, standing by the door, and casually informed us that she had both COVID and the flu. Shockingly, he didn't bother to check her vital signs or even examine her for signs of an ear infection. It felt like he couldn't wait to rush us out the door, asking if we had any questions as if he was in a hurry to be somewhere else. Such a shame for a young looking doctor, showing a lack of empathy and professionalism. This lack of care and thoroughness is unacceptable, and I wouldn't recommend this urgent care and Dr. Klug to anyone.

Talk about service with a snarl. The check in woman was pissed off at something obviously and the amateur doctor basically threw me out of the office when I tested positive for covid. Zero interest in returning and strongly suggest you readers avoid this processing station. Ridiculous.

Dr. Klug, He's very personable. I like everything about him. He went to the lobby, handed out stickers to triplets. He did his own vital signs. He listens to all my concerns. He did a great job!!

My experience with Michael Klug, M.D. was top notch of what I was expecting his knowledge and compassion for his clients is why I recommend his services I prefer Michael over my primary DR

This is the best urgent care we have been to, and we have tried many. We have been coming here now for a few years when we have had urgent health concerns, but not wanting to go to ER. We have always been seen in a timely fashion, staff has been very friendly, but most of all, Dr. Klug is thorough and efficient. He is very friendly and my kids have always felt comfortable talking to him. He listens well and never sends us home feeling like we didn't get the care we need. Now that Covid protocols are mostly gone (except a questionnaire), the wait times are significantly reduced-back to the normal wait times pre-Covid. I have not waited more than 30 minutes in the waiting room, and that is without appointments each time. I will continue going here indefinitely!!
