This hospital has the filthiest, dirtiest Emergency lobby ever! You will register at a counter that has dirt like for the looks of it has been piling up by people touching the counter 🤢 You will than be moved around without a single chair, counter, cubicle, lab station etc wipe down in between patients. AND the doctor had the nerve to ask why I look stressed! Not to mentioned the staff looks like they hate their job and forgetting about the pledge of serving/ helping the people…
Do not believe the advertisements. This hospital is about greed. After receiving approval from my insurance to see a surgeon for my back issues, i received a call from a very rude employee informing me they will no longer see me they are too lazy or too greedy to fill out a form. They kicked me back to my primary care and offred no help. The television ads for the neuroncenter are lies. Its about the money not about the care. The employee thst informed me should work for the irs as her lack of compassion was astounding. Three years waiting now back to step 1. Thanks for nothing
death trap, they never covered me when i had xrays twice, exposing me to radiation. then falsified my medical records, and almost had my ssi application closed. if i hadnt gotten a lawyer to catch it. My texas dr already had views of my arthritis, in 2016. however community medical says theres nothing wrong with me. LUCY...someone gots some splaining to do. and the only reason y there is a 1 star is because i google requires you click on atleast 1 star to post. they deserve NOOOOOO stars
One of the worst hospital ever, don’t even want to give them a 1 star. My family member didn’t get any food at all, and the nurses did not even communicate that they were moving my family member even tho I was right there asking them. Security is bad as well! If there’s a long line, you will be waiting in the heat!
Worst hospital in the Central Valley. The ICU nurses are the worst. Extremely rude, unhappy, and unprofessional. They take it out on the patient and their family members. Avoid this hospital at all cost.
As medical provider this is the first EMERGENCY ROOM TO OPERATING ROOM TO CARDIOVASCULAR ROOM TO RECOVERY ROOM? This is my best experience so far. Please take care of your nurses. They are the best from Rosalin recovery room , to my nurse anesthetist, doctors everyone… even CNAs… they are so professionals, very compassionate and have empathy. I rarely give compliments. But this time, they need a raise not an award . Joke . Thank you guys and God bless
Honestly such a horrible experience, if you hve the opportunity please go to another hospital. I went in for alcohol poisoning and on my discharge papers I was admitted for “Mental Health Crisis” I was suffering physically from alcohol poisoning in what world is that anything to do with mental health ? I was fighting to stay conscious and emts were being very rude and the moments i was conscious for a couple seconds they kept cracking jokes to one another not taking my condition serious at all. At some point I was in the ER and the doctor was so incredibly rude to me. I’m anemic so I am always very cold and often times I’m shivering, and the er was very cold for me so I was shaking and the er kept asking if I was on drugs and when I repeatedly said no I don’t do any type of substance he kept implying that I was on drugs even after telling him I’m diagnosed with anemia. They could have easily drawn blood and could see I wasn’t on anything. They had an iv tube in me for no reason just to accuse me of something horrible. He then proceed to look at my chest and kept asking if I feel safe at home or if my husband is abusing me, if i feel safe with him. Of course I say yes I feel safe but he wasn’t believing me and kept saying it seems like im abused, when it was him and the other nurses left marks on my chest from digging their fingers/ knuckles into my chest. So of course there were marks left. BY THE STAFF. When going in and out of consciousness, nurses were making fun of and belittling other patients who were in so much pain. They kept complaining about the noise and overall just seemed like they didn’t enjoy a job THEY SIGNED UP FOR. Overall this experience was so disgusting and so incredibly sad to witness happen to other people. Your staff needs to do better or find a job where they’ll be kinder to people ! Especially those that are in pain ! The marks that made them think I was being abused.
Sent my daughter to the ER multiple times because of pain she was having and they just kept sending her home with ibuprofen and lidocaine patches for pain took her yesterday to Salma hospital and they find gallstones something Fresno community could not find because they could not do their job properly. A urine test is not going to help you find the problem
I left CMC facilities behind me because they don't pay. I was making less than when I first started because administration ( the craigs)held merits and increased health care cost two years in a row. I wonder if they know Todd from children's?
I delivered at this hospital and I was in awe and amazed of their staff/care. Initially, I was afraid because I’ve heard bad things about delivering here, but boy were they wrong. The staff were super sweet and helpful. You can tell that they love their job and are dedicated to their patients. Lisa and Pang were the nurses that helped deliver. They did an excellent job. They went above and beyond with my delivery. They made my first delivery very memorable and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely deliver here again. ❤️

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
