Very knowledgeable doctor, took the time to go over my problems, treatments and possible outcomes. My diagnosis was degenerate disc disease with scoliosis in my lumbar spine,L2-3, L3-4 & L4-5. I had chronic severe back pain with leg pain, numbness and tingling. Over the last 5-6 years I’d had several epidural steroid injections, radiofrequency nerve ablations and was on daily pain medication. Dr Telles did a 3 level spinal fusion with spacers. As well as decreasing my back pain my leg pain has gone and the scoliosis is greatly reduced. I’m only 3 weeks post op but feel so much better, I feel I will be able to return to a much more active lifestyle once I’m completely healed and recovered. Dr Telles is a very skilled surgeon, I immediately felt comfortable and competent that he could help me. I definitely recommend him to anyone that has similar back issues.

I was recommended to Dr. Telles by Dr. Thaxter at Sierra Pacific. Was very pleased with Dr. Telles and all of his staff, I would be pleasure to recommend him to anyone. I am pleased with my outcome and ready to have the next part of surgery done. Still some pain but the next surgery should finish the pain. Thank you.
