Called to check on results of my bone density test done in November2018. It took 2 calls and the answer was “you had it done? We don’t have the results. Let me check on that”. After 3 working daysI had to call again for the result and another MA answered who after checking on my file said they don’t have the result on file. She explained that she doesn’t have any control on what the other medical assistant did and that she will have to check on the result and call me back when she receives the result by fax.

Ive been coming to see Dr. Bergmann for about 2 years now and she is amazing She did my first paps smear and it was quick and painless.This year I ran into several health concerns regarding a precancerous condition and the treatment sounded so scary and painful and it was quite the opposite She was very swift warm and understanding of my concerns and even humorous at times which is nice when things can be so serious.She also inserted my IUD which was quick and painless. I highly recommend Dr. Bergmann if you are looking for a caring and supportive doctor.The staff is always friend and nice. The longest I ever had to wait was 20 minutes to be seen and the procedures are usually quick and nobody from work even notices that Im gone when I return. You are definitely in good hands

Worse experience of my life She removed my uterine fibroids I was promised a video of the procedure I had to beg the nurses to have the doctor come talk to me and tell me how things went when I was put to sleep the roof of my mouth was scraped up without any exlpination. My nurse in the Fresno Srugery Center was RUDE I NEVER want to go back to her or that hospital.....And now Im looking for a doctor thatI trust to remove my uterus. After my six week checkup she had me sign a waver so I wouldnt sue her. If I knew now what I didnt know then I would have sued her ASS She took advantage of me and my youth at the time.

Every time I come into the office I am waiting 45min to an hour to be seen and the medical assistants get my information wrong every single time as well They need knowledgable staff badly

This is the second time they have charged me for an office visit even though I called a day ahead and canceled. I dont like this place and will never go back. They are so rude and greedy.

I think Mrs. Bergmann is very professional and knowledgeable. Her staff is amazing and friendly. I would trust her with my life

Unnecessary testing according to my oncologist then refused to give me results unless I paid $ for a phone call. Office staff tried to scare me into another appointment telling me I had genital warts.Not a good experience will go elsewhere. Absolutely do not recommend
