Dr. Bergdahl missed my newborn's pyloric stenosis diagnosis, despite me telling him repeatedly what it was and asking if the imaging team could be wrong. The cherry on top: he failed to read the radiology report addendum (which was electronically sent to him Valley Children's team). When I asked him if the radiology report said my child has pyloric stenosis, he blew me off and said I was a worrying ...

Dr. Bergdahl missed my daughters neural tube defects after clearly pointing it out to him and she now has permanent spine damage caused by delay in surgical treatment.

Office staff was very kind. Only a short wait. Expected the Dr. to be good. He was terrible. Very cold. Never even acknowledged my 11 month old. Ignored me when I spoke. Very condescending and unfriendly. Not what I expected from a pediatrician. I will never go back. Be warned!
