Dr. G is caring compassionate and provides above and beyond care. When family members have been hospitalized he actually visited the hospital to check on their care.

I have been a patient of dr. G for many years. I have got through several doctors I was so happy I found him. My wife even became his patient because of the way he treats you. Hes always been kind and caring and always wanted to know whats been going on one of the few doctors that actually talks to you when youre in the room. He is gone above and beyond to help me and financial crisis times and you cant ask for anything more of a doctor. I would leave him 10 star review if I could

Dr. Gulesserian has proven to be a very caring physician to both my husband and me explains everything in a manner which we understand. We thank him and may he continue with the loving and caring way of treating his patients. God bless you Dr. G.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered they do not care about you as a patient they only care about their process and about making money. Stay away from this office they will not take care of you until they get their money first. They should be ashamed of themselves for how they treat people.

Dissapointed in the office staff. Every time I call I am transferred to a voicemail instead of a live person. On most occasions I have to call several times to finally get to speak to a live person. Voice messages are not followed up in a timely manner. Most times it will take 34 days for the office to make a return phone call. When in need of medical advice or a visit you dont want to wait for several days to speak to someone. This is not a good medical business practice. There should be a stronger patient service system put into place. If there is not enough staff to handle patients in a timely manner perhaps the practice has become to big or more staff should be hired.

Ive been Dr. Gulesserians patient for nearly 30 years. I find him always willing to listen and easy to talk to. He is excellent at diagnosing my diseases. I tend to self diagnos a lot he listens but his diagnosis is always right. Mine however not so much. However hes very tactful when disagreeing with me. After all these years I have been through a lot with Dr. Gulesserian and I have no complaints.

Zero stars...These Folks are the most impersonal Drs office ive ever encountered.As a cash paying customer ALL THEY CARED ABOUT WAS $$$$$...Pre paid an office visit and was hit up repeatedly for more $$...All the while NOT a single person in this operation asked ME how I was doing or what ailed me...When I told them i was displeased w and wanted out...they smacked w a CANCELLATION FEE....DISPICABLE..

The doctor is great however be prepared to wait about 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. Not convenient at all. Had to cancel another appointment because of the long wait.
