Dizon Urgent Care At Maple's Online Review Report Card

We went there today (Maple and Herndon Ave location) and my son saw P.A. Marikat Smith, who gave us unacceptable customer service. On top of that she did not want to give my son a referral to see an orthopedic even though we both explained the need and urgency for a specialist. Ultimately, she did it, but it felt like we had to beg, and that is not acceptable. I felt she used our vulnerability to position herself in a higher level of power and to make us feel insignificant. To add insult to injury, she sent us to Fresno Heart Surgical Hospital for a simple x-ray, which by the way their urgent care facility could not provide, and after driving all the way there the facility’s representative told us they only see kids who are 16+ years old. I absolutely would not recommend this establishment, and I hope someone in management can understand the negative impact this experience has had on my son and I.

Absolutely the best urgent care I have ever been to! I was literally in and out in 30 minutes. Great patient centered care. I was listened to, diagnosed and treated. I highly recommend this urgent care!

Primary Dr recommended me to come here. Hesitant cause we all know that IT not the same as seeing YOUR OWN DR BUT Dr Dizon @ Copper location was exactly as he seems on his website. (" I KNOW"! ) I was so pleasantly surprised ! If you need an urgent care EVERYONE ( Sheree ? red head w/ long hair working front desk & back office , M.A. ? dark hair ? & student working front desk here was A++ ! KUDOS! nice staff still exists

My name is Janice J. I became a Patient of Dizon Medicine in 2018. I was Truly "amazed" at his compassion and empathy. He truly is an amazing Doctor. He referred me to the different medical professionals quickly. I was so surprised how fast it took to have the referrals approved. That is when I realized it is due to his staff. I cannot state it enough his Staff is amazing. Carlos and Genesis usually are the front desk. They are very helpful. They don't deserve five Stars. They all deserve 10 Stars. "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

Dr Dizon might be the most caring physician I've met yet. He cares for several family members that I have accompanied to his office and he treats them all like they are his utmost concern. His office staff is efficient and caring as well. He has Urgent Care next to his offices which operate with the same level of care.

I can not say enough wonderful things about this place. Dr. Beth is thoughtful, thorough, caring, and a very smart practitioner. Bonus you can be seen 7 days a week at their urgent care next door. You should come here.

I was in a great deal of pain and shock from my injury that occurred just 30 minutes prior to arriving. I fell off of a ladder sustaining a deep cut on the bottom of my foot….I could see my Plantar Fascia!!! Although I am in the medical field, I lost all rationale in this situation and was a complete mess. Dr. Dizon and his staff consistently addressed my pain and my concerns throughout the procedure and communication throughout was comforting. He followed up with a friendly phone call the following day. I happened to meet his lovely wife and two of his daughters who are currently pursuing a career in medicine and were home for the Thanksgiving Holiday. He is an amazing doctor with an equally amazing family. I will definitely recommend Dr. Dizon Urgent Care to my friends and family.
