Today I had a Teledoc appt with Sara from Dr Donaldsons office. She was through, kind and listened to everything I had to go over. If you need to get medical care during this pandemic, I recommend not putting it off & giving them a call.

If you are looking for a professional doctors office, this is not the place! I have been a patient of Dr. Donaldson for at least 15 years. Although I haven't been seen by her in a long time. For some unknown reasons, I never get scheduled with her. If by miracle, she is available, it's always months out. They always seem to only have appointments available with the nurse practioner. Alot of the time, She has a student come in instead. They tell you the doctor will be in in a minute, then they ask you if you mind if they bring a student in. Many times Iam lied to, and I never even see the nurse practitioner. It's really a shame. This doctors office is very unprofessional. It takes so long for them to even pick up the phone. We you do get someone, they are always so rude. What's even more disturbing is the administrator of this office is worse than the employees. You are supposed to have a good relationship with your doctor, and the staff. This office is dispicable.

Dr. Donaldson is awesome provider, as is Danneal Richards NP. There both very efficient and take care of your health needs. Danneal is down to earth, very kind, helpful, and respectful as well as her MAs. They get you right in on your appointment time and do not make you wait. Would not want to see any other provider!!

Dr. Donaldson is a good doctor however and unfortunately if in need of medical care office will push NP visit to expedite access to health care. Danneal Richards, NP tends to judge and put down other provider’s choices, fails to consider the person attached to the symptoms she is treating, lacks awareness and consideration of individual’s ability and limits. She will also misconstrue context of conversation which leaves a person reluctant to openly discuss medical concerns.

Dr Donaldson was my doctor before I moved out of state. When I moved back, I searched her out so I could return to her for my medical needs.

I have recently left the Fresno area and I am having trouble finding a Dr. anywhere near as good as Dr. Donaldson. She is very professional, patient and understanding. She always spends ample time with me and has a wonderful bedside manner. I may just have to commute for 2 hours if I can't find a new doctor.
