List of Dr. Prahalad B. Jajodia's Reviews
My Grandmother was referred to Dr. Jajodia, and instead of seeing the Dr. during her first visit, she was instead seen by a PA. The PA ordered additional labs and scans, and she scheduled for a second appointment to meet with the Dr. Directly to answer questions and concerns the PA was not able to address. The appointment was scheduled for 9/17 at 2:15 pm. We arrived at 1:15 pm (she arrived by 1:15 pm via senior transport, I arrived by 2 pm). At 3:15, she was taken back for vitals and asked if we wanted to see the PA (in 15 min) or the Dr. (In 15 20 min). We explained we were there to see Dr. Jajodia and were asked to sit back in the waiting room to address questions the PA could not at the first appointment. By 3:55 pm we still had not been seen, I asked again, and we were directed back to a room and were told it would be 10 more minutes. At 4:15 pm I asked again for the doctor and was told hed be right in. By 4:30 pm, I told the staff we could not wait any longer were going to have to find another Dr. and left. No explanation was ever given, no warning upon appointment confirmation or arrival/signin there was a longer than normal wait time. I work full time and have my own special medical care I need to address. This was completely unacceptable service and care.
I truly believe this doctor doesnt know what hes doing. My mom went in for a consultation and it took her 3 hours to be called back And then it still took about another hour for the dr to actually see her. And then she was scheduled for a colonoscopy a few weeks after she was scheduled at 9 a.m which made her the first patient well AGAIN it took 3 hours waiting for her to have that colonoscopy mind you this office gives them a two day clear liquid diet so why on earth would this dr knowing well his patients havent eaten anything in 2 days would keep patients waiting that long? I dont even think he was at the office how unprofessional of him to always take that long? Im never bringing my mom back at here again and I will make sure to let her dr know as well! And I will definitely not recommend anyone to go here
HE SUCKS DO NOT GO HERE! ALWAYS LATE!! WE ALWAYS HAVE TO WAIT AT LEAST 4 HOURS TO SEE HIM JUST FR 15 MINS. YOU HAVE TO CLEAR YOUR WHOLE DAY JUST TO BE HERE. I WILL NEVER COME BACK AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE
This place is ridiculous! My mom had been fasting for 2 days for this procedure and she had a 11:15 AM appointment and was not seen until 4PM!!! The whole time just waiting isnt the lobby! Why tell a patient to come in at the appointed time and not not see them? Im outraged at the service!
The worst experience I have ever had. Dumb office staff. Rude and very unprofessional. Took me forever to take an appointment. They didnt even know how to schedule appointments. Three times they cancelled my moms appointment without giving any explanation. The day of the appointment we had to wait 3 hours for just a consultation. My mom had a vey high blood pressure and even telling them that the patients doesnt feel good and cant wait any more, the front desk girl just showed me an attitude and answered me that it will take us another hour. I am going to file a complaint after I go home. This is very rude and unethical. Doctors should hire people with great communication skills. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied.
I took my mom to have a routine colonoscopy done in Oct 2014. I work in the medical field my self and I like to view how other MD offices work and how they treat their patients. I have mixed feelings for Dr. Jajodias office staff. For the staff in his office they seemed kind of unprofessional and rude. They dont ask you which date and time works best for you for appointments. When you try to reschedule to work around your work schedule they tell you that they are a specialty and with specialty doctors you cant reschedule.... really? I work for a doctor thats a specialty and we work around our patients. Then when the doctor came in to talk to my mom for her follow up appointment, the medical assistant sat down on the chair and was just swinging her legs looking around the room while I translated for my mom. I will say that the staff at his surgical center next to his office were he does the colonoscopies are awesome! they are the best group of RNs I have ever interacted with. They truly make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I was nervous for my mom because it was going to be the first time she was going to be put under so I will admit I was nervous. The anesthesiologist came and spoke to us and answered questions we had. He was very very nice! As far as Dr. Jajodia he is nice but the 3 times we had an appointment he was late. For the consultation we were at his office for 3 hours. For the colonoscopy he was 2 hours late and for the post op, we were at the office for 4 hours! His office is very clean and nice, and his surgical center in very very nice. The 5 star rating for the staff is going for his surgical center.
I went to see Dr J for colonscopy his method of treatment is best I have seen. I was thinking long wait time but I was entertained by doctor J and his staff so nicely. I couldnt even tell when he was finished with colonscopy. He is very skilled doctor and Nurses and staff is so nice. God bless such doctor. I am not sure if the below person talking about real incident or he is just someone taking out personal grudge. Dr J is Liver Specialist not primary physician. I would goto primary physician for minor things as piles or boils.
I had swollen abdomen on upper left side followed with bloating. I was very confused and scared. When walked into Dr Jajodia Clinic I didnt have to wait for long time. Staff was very friendly Dr J did examination and after going through all my report. He advised me for endoscopy. I was bit nervous about procedure but he explained very well and assured its nothing to worry. The day I got procedure done. Entire process took like 10 to 15 minutes and I didnt feel any discomfort or pain. Doctor and Nurse did amazing job. I was quite hungry from all fasting so i was given apple juice. He gave printed copy of reports which explained It was nothing to worry about and I can go home same day. He prescribed me few medications Which helped and diet for fatty liver which helped me lot. I highly recommend doctor j (Jajodia) He is very knowledgeable, easy to talk, listen to patients.
Going to see Dr. J was a very pleasant experience. He has 3 doctors working in the facility, each one was very kind and knowledgeable. Dr. J himself was extremely helpful and informative. he spent the extra time with me to ensure all my questions were answered and even helped me get my prescription at the least cost to me. i encourage others to visit Dr. J and his staff and im positive they will be glad they did.
Dr Jajodia is an excellent Dr. He was very kind and respectful. He made me feel comfortable during my visit and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
