super okay office. nothing special. office staff is nice enough but unremarkable. doctor is like copier paper come to life. its the motel art of mental health professionals. gave two stars - i feel like they have room to fall.

Front office staff including the "biller" Lori was very rude.... Dr. Brian Taylor has lost a patient do to them and how unprofessional his staff is.

Dr. Sievert is very kind, patient, attentive, (remembers all the lil things you told/ tell him), and just has an amazing character. Recommended him to everyone with mental health concerns, for therapy without the judgment.

Dr. Sievert is great. He’s always been kind and a good listener. However, recently the office has had difficulty with insurance changes. We live in Visalia. They did not inform my mom on numerous occasions of insurance changes prior to her driving into Fresno for her appointment. When my mom was asking questions in regards to this the receptionist names ASHLEY was very rude when my mom asked to speak to the office manager she stated with attitude “ummm okay I can get her”. After my mom went into the office with the office manager Ashley continued to speak negatively about my mom with another staff member. The other girl just listened so thumbs up for professionalism but Ashley lacks professionalism and work ethic. I am sure speaking about a patient openly also breaks some form of HIPPA laws.

Terrible care for minors. They had a provider leave without notice which we were not informed. Then our insurance changed and was never given good faith estimates. The account was sent to collections and continued to ask for the good faith estimates. They never provided. Threatened to take me to court even though it was past the statute of limitations. All I asked for the proper documentation which they refuse to give me.

Been a patient there for over 5 years. My provider left and I was transferred to Andre. He is the worst and is not a partner when it comes to mental health. I have been on the same medication for about 10 years now, but transferring to a new provider he wanted to monitor me closely and with more frequent check-ins. Fine, ok. But when an appointment needed to be moved, he refused to even give me a temporary prescription fill to get me to the next appointment. Wouldn't even respond to my request and front desk staff treated me like a drug seeker. I could almost hear them roll their eyes at me over the phone. I don't deserve to be treated like that so am now forced to find a new provider. Unfortunate when providers power trip and don't care about their patients.

I have been coming to Dr. Sievert for quiet some time and never had any issues. Every appointment has been for the most part tele health. I understand Covid has been lifted and I do not mind coming in office although the other day i had a family emergency which i could not make it to my appointment. Front staff Victoria was so rude, very ill mannered, impolite with me and said "NO YOU HAVE TO COME IN DR SIEVERT DOES NOT CARE IF YOU HAD A DEATH IN THE FAMILY" i could not believe my ears. I called back and asked who I spoke, Receptionist Ashley said it was VICTORIA and she would let her manager know. I made it to my appt to get my medications renewed. I was very upset and lost my cool when I spoke with Dr. Sievert. The other two girls in front were so nice checking me out I forgot to ask to speak with manager. My words of wisdom "If you don't like your job than you do not need to work there"
