My opinion – total scam. They diagnosed scalp lesions as actinic keratosis, caused by over exposure to the sun. Treatment – badly performed, very painful freezing of lesions all of which returned within a few weeks. I was later told that it was only psoriasis - which cannot be cured, but which can be treated with over the counter medications. They identified one small (1/8 inch) red dot on my chest as malignant, took a biopsy, & provided pathology results printed on their own letterhead (not an outside disinterested pathology lab). Note that I taught minor surgery as an emergency medical specialist in the Army. Prior to the surgical excision “Dr.” Macias confirmed that the resultant scar would be small & barely noticeable. For excision of a 1/8th inch red dot he left a scar 2 inches long, with 3/4ths of the scar above the red dot. Rather than use butterflies or surgical paper tape, he closed the wound with uneven sutures. THE RED DOT IS STILL THERE.

Staff is friendly the doctor was very professional and friendly my father had the appointment and he was extremely satisfy that Dr Macias spoke his language (spanish) a big plus. Highly recommended

Just had my last basil cell removed by Jessi. And again I didn't feel a thing. She is very thorough and gentle in the treatment of her patients. She has been the best addition to this office.

The staff makes fun of you and your condition in the hallways and they cant seem to keep their pricing consistent. One visit ts 46, next its 76, next they bill you 112, same visit, no explanation. Front house staff super nice, and nice facility. Billing staff either unwilling to help or not very knowledgeable.

Dr. Macias has excellent bedside manner. He is a compassionate provider who listens well and answers all questions.

After leaving Manhattan, I was on the search for an amazing dermatologist in Fresno. In all honesty, I was so sad to leave the dermatologist I saw in Manhattan. I had no idea who to go to, as I'm very particular and passionate about skincare. Then I looked up local dermatologists, went to a few, until I finally went to Dr Macias. Can I please tell you how amazing he is?! I'm honestly not one to leave a rating on anything unless recognition is deserved. Macias is kind, educated, and caring!

Dr. Macias is very friendly and seems to have a sincere interest in his patients. I have never had a bad experience in his office. The new offices are extremely nice and spacious and seems to be full service.

Dr. Macias is knowledgeable, friendly physician who took the time to answer all my questions and explain the treatments. Staff is likewise friendly and the offices were very nice. Highly recommended.
