Emile Sharifi's Online Review Report Card

Dr Sharifi was my doctor at Kaiser. In 2020 he performed cataract surgery on both my right and left eye. I can't say enough about how talented and knowledgeable he is. I realize cataract surgery is very common, but not for me; these are my eyes. He was very kind and took time to explain the process well. I'm very happy with results. I wish him well.

Dr. Sharifi was my Ophthalmologist at Kaiser, he is the best, I'm so sad to see him go, but wish him the best of luck.

I so badly wanted to write this review. Because, I am so pleased and satisfied with Dr Sharifi. My cataract surgery went so well. Dr Sharifi's profiency is exceptional and outstanding. He has demonstrated his genuine care in providing the Best of care. I highly recommend Dr Sharifi. I trust this review will provide assurance to future patients. Waiting for him is worthwhile. I am so glad he was so caring to get me into his schedule. He really cares that patients have a clear understanding of the process. He has a very good team supporting him. I Thank you all. Such guidance and professionalism. I couldn't have had a better experience. Dr Sharifi you are very Good at what you do. I commend you for all you have done for me. I cannot rave enough about Dr. Sharifi and all of his lovely assistants!I was highly recommended to do corneal cross-linking 5 years ago by my optometrist for corneal ectasia in my right eye after having a failing brutal LASIK surgery. My high astigmatism and consistent 6 month prescription updates were getting way too expensive AND annoying. I had many excuses for myself on why this wasn't feasible "at the moment"...Back in 2015, the FDA had not approved the procedure, there wasn't much information about CXL, it was completely out of pocket, my optometrist couldn't refer me anywhere, the list goes on... well, fast forward in 2020, and my optometrist was no longer comfortable changing my prescription, so I finally caved, after finding out the FDA had approved the procedure in the US...AND FOUND THE PERFECT DOCTOR! I CANNOT thank Dr. Sharifi enough for the comfort he has given me! It has been years since I haven't rubbed my eyes, and I cannot tell you, how amazing it is! I am finally able to cross this surgery that has been haunting me for 5 years off my list!I wish I would have known how easy, and painless this would have been. You will not regret meeting Dr. Sharifi!!

Dr Sharifi is thorough and explains things clearly

Dr Emile is very smart and thorough. He takes time to examine and study eye conditions and recommend a course of action.

I was originally supposed to see Dr. Pasquali at SoCal Eye, but the receptionist asked if I could be seen by Dr. Sharifi instead. I said "yes", but admittedly sat in the waiting room and examined his credentials before being called in. He has an excellent background and I felt comfortable moving forward. Upon meeting him, I immediately felt safe. He was thorough, personable, easy to talk to, clearly well-read/well-educated/well-traveled and concerned about my welfare. He answered questions and allowed me to express my worry, then gave me a clear picture on how we would move forward. I feel lucky to have found someone who understands my medical issues and is so committed to his patients. I highly recommend him to anyone serious about eye care.

Dr. Sharifi is the most detailed oriented doctor I've ever met. He is caring, precise and extremely skillful. I am get grateful for everything he has done for me.

The Doc was thorough, friendly, personable, and professional in my time of need. I completely trust the doc in my care and would return without any doubt. The wait is way too long, but worth it for such a good doc who really care about you as a person and patient.

Came in for a urgency appointment with an eye infection. Doctor Sharifi was the best. Not only is he bilingual he is very friendly and courteous. He took his time to explain everything. Made me feel very comfortable.
