Very unprofessional and takes forever to get things done. Let me just ask?! Why are they not allowing me as a parent to request for my child's medical records? I'm very upset and I will look into my rights. You will hear back from me! I am sure to make sure everyone that I know does NOT come there anymore. I was instructed to do what I had to do..it took them forever to get back to me that I have to call and check up on jt...then turn around and tell me I cant get my child's record. I was instructed to sign a release form. So unprofessional and waste of my time!

I dont know who would give this establishment 1 star. I'd give more than 5 if I could. The staff is super friendly and Dr. Attia is a wonderful doctor and an amazing human being. I love her and she is so good to my child.

I called to make an appointment as a NEW PATIENT for my son. The receptionist right away without asking any further questions said "The doctor is not accepting Medi-cal patients" First of all my family is not on medi-cal and I never mentioned any kind of insurance. She changed her tone and asked what insurance I had. I told her it was through my husbands JOB and she put me on hold to see if the doctor would see us? Bad vibe. Bad customer service. Bad bad bad. I hung up. I am glad I experienced that on the phone and not wasted my time visiting the office. You should mention on your WEBSITE that you don't accept MEDI-CAL or NEW PATIENTS AT ALL!!!!! so people don't waste time calling this office!!!!!

One of my friends came with me to my daughters Dr. appt & after seeing how frustrated I was she recommended Dr. Attia. Right off the bat I was impressed, they scheduled our appt quickly & the appt was going to be for all 3 kids at once. Our previous pediatrician didn't allow you to schedule your children together. Each child had to be scheduled on separate days. Extremely inconvenient!! Dr. Attia managed to do a physical on each one & she ordered labs, answered my questions & gave me the referral that I had been begging my previous Dr for. She did more for us in 1 visit then the previous Dr. had done in a year. I remember leaving her office in tears because I finally found my daughter's a Dr that cared about her patients.

Most amazing doctor! Great area and great staff. Always welcoming and when my kids are sick they get them asap! Actually same day! Doctor is very knowledgeable and willing to do as much as she can to help every patient. She also is informative also we hardly ever wait to get into a room the longest 7minutes with schedule appt!

I love Dr. Attia and her whole staff!! She is the best pediatrician I have ever had for my children. She listens and makes sure my kiddos are comfortable with her and what she's about to do. She lets them touch her stethoscope and other Medical utensils. It really puts my kids at ease if they get to physically touch an item that's going to be used on them I think that is very thoughtful of her. Her whole staff including her knows my children's names it almost makes it feel like we're part of a family there. My oldest child has autism and she has been extremely helpful in getting her diagnosed this was 4 years ago but she helped me tremendously with the process I feel like anything that I think is wrong with my children she takes my advice because I'm the parent and that really makes me feel good and listen to!!! I think she is fantastic!!
