Dr. Schmitt is an outstanding doctor. He is very courteous and friendly. His staff, Gloria, Stacy and Lauren are the best!!! They are also very courteous and friendly as well. I would like to give a special shout out to Gloria for always being so nice to me when giving me a shot.

My first visit with Dr. Schmitt was a success as I had allergy testing done and finally found out what was making me so miserable. He also took the time to ask questions and to explain what was causing my symptoms. Some doctors make you feel rushed, but Dr. Schmitt was very thorough, while at the same time very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

What a great experience and wonderful customer service!!! It had been 3+ years since my last visit so when I called they said I'd have to come back as a new patient. I explained my concerns and the receptionist immediately booked my appointment for the next available instead of making me wait.. there was an issue verifying my insurance however she notified me and helped me get it resolved. Everyone in the office are friendly and work well with each other in order to better serve their patience and make everyone feel important and taken care of. The doctors are very knowledgeable and efficient. I have seen both Dr Schmitt MD and Amanda Thomas PA-C and both take their time to explain everything to me never feeling rushed to get to their next patient. Can't say enough good things about Longevity Physician Specialist Allergist.

Dr. Schmitt, his PA, Amanda, and the entire staff have been lifesavers for me during the past 3 years. I am a senior citizen with severe allergies. Not only have I been treated very intelligently, but with a good deal of kindness from everyone in the office.

I would highly recommend Dr. Schmitt. He listened to what I had to say and he has helped me a lot with my allergies. His office staff have always been friendly and helpful.

I have been a patient of Dr. Eric Schmitt in his Frisco practice for over ten years. I count on his knowledge to keep my asthma and allergies under control year around.

The absolute worst experience I've had a a doctors office. I was asked to be there 15 minutes in advance only to wait 1.5 hours before I rescheduled. The next time I went in was over an hour wait AGAIN only to walk back to a nurse eating cake and talking with her mouth full. I was stuck in a back room for yet another 45 minutes and demanded to see the doctor. He finally came in only to waste another 30 minutes talking about himself not my needs. Needless to say I walked out. NOT RECOMMENDED AT A

Dr. Schmitt is a wonderful doctor, but unfortunately one of the front desk staff is extremely unpleasant. I have had several encounters where she was not receptive to normal everyday questions that any other front desk staff would be happy to answer. Unfortunately she takes it upon herself to make you feel stupid. As a patient who receives allergy shots and is at the office quite frequently, I would much rather find a pleasant and welcoming front desk lady. I will not be returning after this.

Rude office staff, not acceptive to new patients, bad vibes on how they treat patients. Avoid this group.
