The staff is amazing and personable.. the care is great as well. I've been seen in this office for a few years now and have never had any problems.

Diagnosed elsewhere. Worst doctor and office I have ever been to! Just don't!!

I saw the bad reviews, but needed to come in for a quick urine test because I felt I had a UTI and they had no wait. The people working there were completely disorganized. They had no idea what was going on. I felt I shouldn't be there after seeing the way the office looked, but thought what could go wrong? It's a simple visit to have my urine tested and only needed them to send to a lab test off for my urine culture. I asked for this so I made sure that if I was prescribed antibiotics, I was given the right antibiotics for the type of bacteria I had. They did tell me I had a urinary tract infection after my test they gave me in the office and then ordered me antibiotics. They were supposed to follow back with my results from my urine test and I never got a phone call. When I called I was told at first there was never a culture done? I told them that was a whole reason I came in. I could've used my Teladoc for free over the phone if I wasn't needing my urine culture. They then assured me it was sent off but it was sent late and it was just taking longer. Two days later, I called back and still no answer. The following day I called and finally was able to confirm with the manager that indeed somehow "my urine was lost". They tried to blame it on the testing facility. I'm pretty sure that they just tossed my urine and didn't realize they were supposed to send it off for a culture. As the girl stated the very first time I called, that it was never cultured. I will never be returning there again. That was a pretty important test that I needed to find out my results on because the antibiotics they gave me didn't work. I have no clue what kind of bacteria I had and needed the urine culture in order for me to find out the answer. They told me to come back in to do another culture and I'm still waiting today for an answer and haven't heard anything.

I have been here for around16months if not more , It would have been 0 stars regarding them being consistent as far as making sure you will have the prescription refills you will need need to hold you until you attend your next visit . They ask for you to bring your medications but yet dont update all your meds for until then . The pharmacy stays contacting them about your need for more refills and they won't do their job until you finally call them up all pissed off as to why they haven't done it. As im writing this I am currently in the ER because they failed to fill my prescribtion again for almost 2weeks . Now dont let me get into the referral dept . Because they are terrible in this area and terrible on some current and previous numerous accounts I have made complaints and have done nothing to address problem because here we are writing more complaints. And lets see if they will call you back when you leave message.much less answer phone .

i have never gotten out of here in under an hour and a half. today my appointment time was 930 for a TB test. wasn't called back til 10. didn't see the provider til 1015. and tb test wasn't administered until 1030. apparently the NP that i usually see quit so i had to see Dr. Singh today. He didn't knock on the door before entering, had airpods in the entire time, and didn't wear a mask. the NP that I'm used to seeing always provided excellent and professional care, so to see this drastic change in provider behavior really disappointed me today.

Always having issues getting my medication refilled.

NOT 24 HOURS despite a giant sign on the side of the building claiming to be. They respond to reviews claiming they're not "24 hour urgent care" yet they're the seemingly the only urgent care facility in the building.

Every time I try to go to be seen they are never open even though it states they are open. I was told to go pick up a prescription at the front desk and when arriving everything was locked up and closed. When calling and getting the after hours exchange when no one answers at the front desk, they are ready de and always tell you no on call doctor is available and to wait for a call back which you never receive. Would you trust them with your health?
