Doctor is great. Staffing is awful mostly front desk. They always have me on hold when I call. I always get stuck speaking to someone that sounds like an older women and not helpful at all. She has already given me misinformation before and today she hung up on me. It's disappointing. I stayed at this location because the doctors have been so helpful. But I do not recommend anyone to come here for the sake that front office is not helpful or inviting. As a first time pregnant women it's already stressful as it is and they should be trained to be more helpful and not so rude. I was informed I could get seen by a dentist after a certain amount of months and it was recommended to get a cleaning. I made an appt that took 3 months to get in. I finally get here and get told I need a note and if I was about get a faxed drs note and after being put on hold once again(everytime you call this clinic you're immediately put on hold for 5-10 min) I got told no they use to but not anymore. I said it was ridiculous they should've informed me and I made the dental appt months ago. She just said ok and hung up. I literally wanted to cry from frustration. Again doctors great and I'm saddened she is located in such a awful clinic. Next baby I will not be coming back to this facility.

Very poor service. Appointment is never on time. You'll wish two hours from where you are scheduled. They refused to see you if you have morning sickness and can't make it to your doctor appointment. Doesn't matter how long you been seeing them for your pregnancy they will refused to see you because you missed your appointment. I will not recommend this place.

WORST DR EVER NEEDS HER LICENSE REVOKED AND REPORTED TO THE STATE

Staff and doctors are friendly. Just that the girls doing the paper works/ notes are rude. I called for my paperwork I dropped off a month ago and they said they lost it. The lady also interrupted me multiple times when I tried to explain to her what happened. They do not want to fill out your paperworks for you. I do not recommend this clinic.

This is the second time we've been here. Place is so unprofessional. Mom went on medical leave and needed the doctor to fill out medical leave papers for workplace. Workplace needed it back in 15 days. Omni women's health told my mom it will take 2 weeks. 2 week passes and my mom called and asked if they have done paperwork cuz she will get fired if they don't. They told my mom no they haven't done it yet cuz the two weeks is still not up yet. So we called my mom's workplace and told HR they couldn't do paperwork so can they help us so she won't get fired. HR told my mom to ask them to write a note why Omni women's can't fill out the papers in two weeks. We went and asked Omni and they said no. They can't write a note. I was so frustrated cuz my mom was gonna get fired because of them cuz they aren't professional. She then asked another front desk worker and she found the paperwork not done yet sitting at the desk for 2 weeks. Took it back to a manager and she did the paper work in 15 mins. I wanted to chew them out so bad. Don't go here. We only go here becuz of private insurance. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I've now seen multiple practitioners through this medical group and the only positive experience was a referral I had to go to Clovis for. The community hospital portion of the group is unbelievably unprofessional, poor at time management, and incapable of communication with one another. Im so lucky to not have children or other obligations that would add additional stress to this environment, I don't know how heavily pregnant women put up with this multiple times for the duration of their pregnancy. If you can find a different provider network, you should try

All the staff including Dr. Lee and Dr. Liu are so kind. They are respectful and although Dr. Lee and Liu can be busy with deliveries and running 2 clinics they always do their best to see everyone in a timely manner. I appreciate them for all they do! They sit down and listen to all my questions and concerns genuinely.

I'm Hmong myself and am always looking to support my community but me and my wife have gone to 2 appointments and didn't even come close to seeing the doctor. The wait is ridiculous. The one thing I can't stand is a medical office that overbooks their patients. Additionally, it seems the front office is always in disarray. We were going to have to re-fill our registration paperwork on our second appointment because the office somehow lost them from our first appointment, however, we decided to just go ahead and switch doctors while it was still early in the process. Truly disappointed.
