La verdad es la última vez que traigo a mi hija llegue temprano porque quería ver unos lentes para mi y otros para mi hija , la señorita en recepción me dijo que no era hora de mi cita y que esperara mi turno yo le dije en español no te entiendo bien y solo me mando a sentar le volví a decir necesito ver unos lentes para mi y me mando a sentar otra vez 😡😡 que tristeza la discriminación racial la verdad solo porque es urgente que vean a mi hija lo que tienes que aguantar 😡😡😡 señorita en recepción ni me permitió registrarme

Every aspect of my visit to this facility was professional. Great lead-up procedures, easy check-in and friendly staff assistance. I don't expect a whole bunch visiting doctor's offices these days and i can't recall writing a review in the last 10 years, but my visit warranted a response. Thanks everyone at Fogg, Maxwell & Remington. Great job! J.J.

Cual es el propósito de hacer una cita si no te van atender a la hora acordada? Y te piden que llegues 10 min antes de la cita. Y ahora con lo de la tecnología tienes que lidiar con el frustante llenado de la información de la cita con tu teléfono (aseguranza, información personal, tomar una foto a tu identificación, tomar foto a tu aseguranza)! Después de estar esperando 30 min decidí mejor retirarme, tienen un sistema muy frustante; ultima vez que voy a ese lugar.

Terrible customer service. Sam in optical refused to order a new pair of glasses for me through my insurance and told me I had to purchase another pair when I asked to speak to the manager she refused and said she would call back and never called back. Also never carried my glasses frames. Do not come waste your time here terrible management and service.

Sam in optical refused to order a new pair of glasses for me and told me I could talk to his manager about it. The manager refused to call me back and sent me a letter saying they would be refusing services. I literally just wanted to have them replace my glasses but they're rude and refuse to do their jobs. Do not waste your time here.

Very rude women in the phone. Tried to make an appointment for my daughter as a new patient, she said my daughter already has an optometrist to call them instead. This was my second time calling and it’s always this rude women, always snappy after every question I had.
