Dr. Glazer and his staff have taken great care of me! They have been professional and caring. Dr. Glazer and JoAnn Garcia NP walked me through the procedure, told me exactly what to expect and followed my recovery over the 5 or 6 months after surgery to make sure I was healing well. I can’t say enough about Sierra Pacific and their staff!

This is a great place to receive medical attention. The staff is professional and courteous, the doctor I met with Francis Glaser was a high energy, easy to talk to physician. He explain to me the problems I was having with my foot so clearly and in laymans term. I would recommend anyone needing foot surgery to Sierra Pacific Orthopedics.

So far I've like the professionalism. I know Dr. Glaser will help me with my feet problem. I'm looking forward to the next appointments to get answers and the proper answers that will help me with this terrible foot pain.

If I took my car to a shop and it was returned with a wheel at a crazy angle I wouldn't recommend that shop to anyone else. After Dr. Glaser's surgery my foot was turned out to the side and the outside edge of my foot was now the bottom of my foot. When I asked him why he hadn't made it straight he said,"That's just the way it healed". I'm now seeing another doctor about maybe getting this foot straightened out and back to flat on the floor. Certainly not letting Dr. Glaser have another go at it. Now the new doctor tells me the hardware in my foot is broken thus I can't get an ankle joint replacement . Dr. Glaser didn't share the fact that his hardware broke. I wonder why not?
