Dr Nagata is very Knowledgeable and thorough! listens to the history and does a physical exam to confirm the diagnosis. Knew the problem in an instant. Staff answering phone super friendly and accommodating, but in person staff a bit brusque.

It might have started off great when I made the appointment, which is not until 2 weeks after, not until it gets cancelled the same day by Dr. Nagata. I called to speak with the staff to find out what happened, but ending up hearing no empathy about the same day cancellation. Staff came too proud insinuating that we are not able to find another care provider during in-home service. Complete lack of empathy from their end.

We scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance only to be cancelled same day. We understand that there could be unexpected things that would happen but the staff was too proud when I said our patient didn't want to rebook for another day. Lack of empathy and told the patient through me "goodluck" finding another one that provides in-home service. Customer service is really not common these days.

Dr. Nagata is wonderful. He is patient and kind. Explains things and really helped me with my plantar faschitis and my really high arches. I had gone to another pidiatrist in Fresno who without any warning about pain, jabbed me in the heel with a big needle. I needed the cortisone shot, but he made me so scared that I didn't seek medical help from a different doctor (Dr. Nagata) until I was in tears ...

Staff were courteous and very helpful. Dr Nagata is well informed and very easy to communicate with. He knows his stuff. I would highly recommend him.

My experience was painful, but in order for me not be in so much pain with my ingrown toenail I had to go see a podiatrist doctor and Dr. Nagata did a fantastic job on taking out that ingrown toenail that was so painful. His staff are really nice people and they will help you get better and recover from any pain you’re going through. Thank you Dr!

The receptionist was very rude a bad person with me she didn’t want to help me was yelling me on the phone this for me was DISCRIMINATION because she doesn’t speak Spanish and my son really needs with his feet, even thought maybe the Dr. is good at his job these people make him look very evil.
