Doctors are extremely nice and attentive. They are great at addressing all your concerns. Nice clean office. No long waits to see doctor. Front office staff can use a bit of improvement, can be better at greeting in a more nicely manner. Not very approachable. Front office staffs demeanor is as if they don’t like their job. Overall I like the doctors and clean office.

Terrible office....the solution is to take your sick child to the emergency room. I guess that's how Valley Children's makes money by sending you to their emergency room. Rude staff in the office! I mean extra rude...no compassion or caring like the ads say!

If i could put a zero i would, my first time there, only went there because my doctor was not available for a same day appointment, my appointment was at 3:00 i got there at 2:50 the latest there was a long line outside the building to check in, lobby chairs were completely full, people standing outside and inside, totally overbooked but when I asked the receptionist if they were, she was in denial and said they have a lot of doctors, but only more and more patients were coming to check in and very few were being seen at a time, when I told the receptionist this she looked up my childs name and told me that i got there at 2:52 like that had anything to do with the fact that everyone in there including me had already been waiting 30 minutes to an HOUR, very very rude lady, this is a pediatrics office, children cannot sit for that long and there definitely shouldnt be that many people in such a small office if i had known i would NOT have gone, DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE, worst experience ever all to say that my son is not sick and he clearly is and standing outside in the heat for 30 minutes did not help im sooo upset with what i just put my 1 year old son through, getting a second opignion through his doctor.

This clinic is very great and helpful. The staffs as well as doctors and nurses are super helpful. Everytime my kids have fevers or sick I always come in for walk ins and the providers always try their best to listen to my concerns as well as prescribed the best and suitable medication for my kids. I am thankful for everything they do.

Fresno Children's Pediatrics follow all the safety protocols during this cataclysmic outbreak. I’ll do various reviews on multiple visits. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone who’s in urgent to get a quick appointment. Their appointment scheduling is absolutely ridiculous, you’d wait for long time to be seeing. Their referral is definitely unreliable , for instance my daughter referral to optometrist literally took us about two years to finally be seeing by a specialist until her sight get worsen over time . I end up transfer all my three kids to a different medical facility because of the lack of this clinic accountabilities and transparency. Initially my kids pediatrician was Dr. Niyati Bondale , she is an outstanding pediatrician who's actually observant and intelligent in her profession. She would advise you on various things that would matter to your child’s health confidentially. She makes kids smile and laughs through all sorts of difficulties to ease the treatment. Unfortunately we end up seeing by an NP “ Nurse Practitioner “ whose actually competent enough to treat and diagnose , but we’re expected to be seeing by a pediatrician.. I definitely don’t recommend this place at all

Both my kids come here their doctor is awesome. Only thing I can complain about or the wait time and the rude receptionist. Waited over 2 hrs for my daughters 18 month check up.

The office is very clean , the doctors are super nice. Both of my kids come here & the doctors have been super helpful. My only complain is you can’t seem to just walk in your always needing an appointment. When my kids get sick & need them to be checked I have to wait a week in order for them to get seen by a doctor. I don’t think phone appointment are helpful can’t really check them out through a screen.

so tell me how can I get hold of this place I have been calling all day and they don't pick up their phone, I was you know they are maybe busy so I decided to just drive to the location and first they told me you need to call to fill up the info and then another nurse or idk told me we aren't accepting new members, so which one it is, I'm just trying to find a good pediatrician, that's all...

As soon as you walk into the building, you are greeted and signed in almost immediately. The staff members are very kind and friendly. I’ve only visited this location twice and I really enjoy coming here. The doctors are very kind as well as the nurses. 5/5.
