Horrible service. Long wait times. I recommend medicating yourself before going here.

Arrived at 3 pm. Called back 5:30 pm. After seeing student Dr waited a hour and a half in room until I went looking for someone. Dr finally blasts into room like he's going to fight someone. Not he's fault he has Parkinson's but should not be seeing patients when he is out of control. Could not control himself at all. Threw his glasses, stethoscope almost knocked the table over. We should have been warned. 4 hours wasted, don't know if I could trust his diagnosis.

The doctor didn't even give me time to explain my conditions and pains he was in and out less than 1 minute i think he's just there to make the most amount of money while i was trying to tell him more about my pains he was already walking out told me to follow to the desk and make another appointment to see him again in 2 weeks!!!!???

I like the doctors work over here but the other staff specially ladies at front desk are very rude, they should learn some hospitality. Other thing if you have a appointment and you are at time you have to wait until all the people who sign in before you got seen even if there appointment is after you. It should be first come first serve if they can’t respect appointments.

I rarely have a good experience here. The dental is so unorganized and always have problems. The physicians are fine, the front desk is absolutely horrible. I was literally sitting in the building 30 mins after my appointment time and the doctor assistant calls me asking if I was going to make my appointment, I told her yes I’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes(I had signed in when I arrived.) What I gather from that is that the doctor is ready to see me, but the front desk still hasn’t checked me in, ridiculous!

Provider came out and did one covid test for someone who pulled up 5 mins later after i did.So unprofessional no awareness from these health providers call the call center they hung up on after waiting 20 mins on hold. Now if u call me and say we are doing covid test btwn 10-11 and park in a reserve spot and to call to let us know what parking spot. When I call the number it's the call center she calls and says no one answer then place me on hold and it hangs up now I been waiting for over 30 min still no one cares that there was a car in parking spot reserve 1.

This place is the worst. It's impossible to reach the office when calling. They never call back. Referrals are made but not sent. Using the patient portal is a joke. There's no useful information in it. The reason why you are there is not noted anywhere in it. I left a message for the PA and have not heard back. The MAs there do not tell the PA why you are there. There is no documentation happening in the room when they are doing the intake. They have you fill in the visit form but they don't even look at it. I don't understand how people that are there to help you with your medical needs don't care.

This office has canceled my daughter's new patient appointment 4 times. This is honestly the most unprofessional service we have ever received from a medical practice. They call same day every time to cancel. Never more than 24 hours before the appointment. We actually just received a cancelation call at 8pm in the evening. My daughter has a serious health issues that needs to be addressed, yet she is unable to see a provider because they keep canceling. When they cancel, they never have any availability sooner than a week away. They offered urgent care but this medical issue needs to be addressed by a primary care physician and requires follow up.

If I can give this place zero stars I would the dental service sucks 2 and a half months and twice they referred me to the wrong oral surgeon that’s not in my network and lied and said it was. I could’ve double checked.
