Update 9/10/22... Went back after of week of wearing my New teeth I needed some adjustments... They were able to do it in a timely manner... (They worked with my busy schedule and out of town work schedule) I'm able to eat steak and more.,.. my teeth fit very comfortably... Dr. Salvic and staff, receptionist were wonderful throughout my New set of teeth process.. 3 months ( fron consultation to receiving my New teeth)... Teeth are beautiful and fit perfect and natural looking.. I haven't smiled in yrs 😊😊😊😊 Thank you all!!!!!! Very much appreciated 😊😊

The entire staff was friendly, professional, patient and helpful. Our wait time wasn't significant, but even if it had been I wouldn't minded because everyone is so respectful.

Had an appointment at 11am. Got here at 10:45am. Waited until 11:41 to even be seen. And now it's currently 12:18 and I am STILL waiting to see a doctor. The nurse stated some very personal feelings about abortions (she should have kept that to herself). I can not believe they have kept us here for almost 2 hours without being able to see the doctor. I would give it a negative stars if I could. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Nurses are so nice and made me feel so welcome & appreciated. The Dr is always very attentive & listens to all my issues and does his best to help me with everything. Awesome place.

Today i have a doctors appointment with them. I came in a sign myself in and there is only one girl in the front like she was busy talk in the phone with a patient.? she didn’t see me signing in. Like she didn’t see doing your job. I came early was 415 and my appointment is at 4:45 and then she checked the list and it was like 445 and she came up to me saying that oh how come I didn’t tell her that I would I have an appointment at 4:45. It your job to look at the sign sheet (((omg)))??? So this guy come after me . They call him in ???? I was think to my self ???? I have a appointment. He dont have appointment why i am wait her to long ?? I told and complain i was here to long. I got here early at 4:15 and my appointment it at 4:45. If I haven’t complained about the situation they will not call me in. I was there for a good 30 minutes wait they only call about 3 people in. Right now it about 5:30 ??? There was only 5 people at the The lobby. Not to ((Complain )) when she told me how come I didn’t tell her that I have an appointment at 4:45…. First of all it’s not my job second of all you should at least pay attention with your patient when they come in. Yup i agree with this girl both of the young girls in the front should be talk to about there are very unprofessional.

As a first timer patient to this location and all United Health Centers, if I could give this office a 0 rating, I would. The young lady with the gray hair up at the front Medical desk is unprofessional and provided poor service. There was her and another gal at the front desk already assisting patients. She saw that I was standing behind these patients and asked if I have an appt. I told her I did not so she told me to sign in in which I went ahead and signed in but I needed to know where I am suppose to go for covid testing. So I went back to standing behind these patients that they were assisting in hopes to speak to either one of them for directives. I have already spoke to Dr. Sodah the day before and he told me I didn't need an appt. I can walk in between the hours of 9am and 10am and if once I arrived and no one is outside then to go in and they will send someone out. Of course this lady saw that I've been waiting in line since I got there and as soon as she was done with her patient while the other gal was still with her patient, she literally got up and walked away like I was a nobody to her. She ignored the fact that I was the only person standing behind the desk right in front of her and refused to acknowledge and make any effort to ask if I needed help or if I have a question. She walked to where the sign-in sheet was and called the next patient up to the counter. I had to ask for information at Dental and Optometry station in which they have no information because obviously they don't work for the Medical side. People like her should be working in the back office and not be allow to interact with the public as she is setting a bad representation to the company. Being that this is my first time here, this will also be my last time.

A lot of negative reviews are reguarding the assistants. But overall the services from the Doctors are great! They have a Lab Corp which makes blood work so easy. The place is clean and spaced out. My doctor, Dr. Torres was very professional and really cared about my health, he went above my expectations. I highly recomment this provider!
