It's always a fast and excellent experience. No time is really wasted and i was in and out in half the time any other optometrist would take.

Dr. Jagdeep Tuli was so horrible, unprofessional, rude and disgusting to my child who is on the spectrum for Autism. It was unbelievable to see that a doctor who is clearly aware of my child's condition treat her with so much disrespect. He didn't care about her condition, yelled and mistreated her. Very unprofessional of him to treat ANY child that way, ESPECIALLY A CHILD WITH A CONDITION.. He definitely needs more training with children of special needs!!!

Fast and easy

Love the atmosphere, their Passion in exceeding their excellent customer service . This clinic follows COVID’s 19 protocols in measuring temperatures , as I usually write review base on service , quality and competency and this place pass all three categories . I’m writing a review on the optometry department. We’d definitely thank the medical assistant and staff for diligently for my eyes issues. Josephine was superb and friendly, and the front desk Brenda was way too cooperative . Dr Phyo, O.D was too competent , professional in addressing my vision issue. Her great medical personality is outstanding where she shows precise explanation on my eyes conditions . I’m so delighted that I had such and amazing opportunity to express my gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Phyo have highly recommend it .

I came to get glasses in March, I gave them all the information they needed in March. I came into the office on July 6th, to inquire about the status of my glasses. As it turns out they called me on April 6th for a question in regards to the glasses, which I answered in March btw. I was told I had to answer question in order to place the order, well now the ones I chose in March are no longer available. I really am disappointed in the administrative people that work there, no return calls are made, no follow up to calls, which leaves room for error and missed appointments. I'm so upset at the lack of professionalism or remorse for inaction taken. Don't go here unless you have to? So the story doesn't end here now I'm at Dr office to make an appointment with my Dr, guess what? She's gone! No notice, no nothing. Now I'm upset, there is no accountability for administrative staff, nor care for patients. You are just a number at these places.

one of the ugliest and most racist experiences I've had, since the beginning, the l very rude receptionist give us an attitude as if she didn't want to attend us. The appointment was at 3 p.m. and we arrived at 2:30 p.m., we were sitting for those 30 minutes until 3 p.m., after 3:16 p.m., we went to ask if they were going to attend us. Then the other rude receptionist told us that the doctor was seeing other patients even though we were the only ones in the clinic and told us that we would be seen soon. It was already 3:50, the doctor attended us and the appointment was at 3:00 p.m. They made us lose a lot of time. In addition to the fact that the receptionists treated the other people Really good and us Hispanics horrible, the sad thing is that the receptionists were Hispanic

Need to install entrance doors that are wheel chair friendly

had the most painful experience of my life at the dentist today and was laughed at by someone while i was on the chair in agony horible after care i would review lower if i could only for dental have never had a problem at the doctors office there but dental was a nightmare

I was the third one on the line when arrived, and still on the same position after one and half hour. TERRIBLE!

Everyone is entitled to their opinion and experience but my experience was wonderful and every time I bring my client here, they treat him with respect and providing knowledgeable staff. Dr. Guerrero is awesome and patient. For this place can be a little confusing because they have two buildings and you should always make sure you know what building you're supposed to go into. The one that says Urgent Care still has primary doctors in there so be sure to always ask what building you need to report to for your appointment. Also, the other building will have the dentist and other stuff.
