Gail Mallard Warren's Online Review Report Card

More like Zero stars for this place. One of the most absolutely worse ob/gyn offices. Steer clear from Gail Mallard Warren, this ish needs to do everyone a favor and retire NOW. The worse bedside manners any doctor delivering babies can have. My water broke early Friday morning (2am) and her stank attitude seemed as if it was a big inconvenience for her to be there on a Friday and Saturday. Baby finally come out Saturday 6:38am. She never showed up Sunday to discharge me, the nurse stated Gail goes to church on Sunday’s and won’t be in until probably 7pm. I discharged myself. She charted incorrectly at the hospital said I had preeclampsia and delivered a baby girl via c-section. I delivered vaginally and delivered a baby boy with no complications. The front office staff isn’t very approachable and lazy AF. Only two nice Hispanic medical assistants in the back office. And be prepared to have different nurse practitioners, I had three different ones, they don’t stay there very long. When you call the office your call is directed to a call center in Bakersfield or Reedley and the call center takes like 20-30minutes for anyone to answer your call, there’s no way to get in touch with the office directly. Listen to all the negative reviews, run as fast away from anything GAIL MALLARD WARREN, nothing high quality about her services….Good luck you’ve been warned. Try Wade Dickenson or Camilla Marquez offices I heard good things about them.

No any knowledge. No any respect for patients. I was bleeding and needed to wait 17 days for her to see me!! When you will get appointment, you will spend your day waiting for her to finish her coffee in the next room. Don't accept her to be your doctor, not even a dog walker.

The office is extremely unprofessional, as far as respect for people's time. I took time off to be here, and I never was seen by the Dr. No one could help me. The doctor suddenly had to leave the office, and was told to wait as long as I could, maybe she would be back soon. The whole morning was a big load of wasted energy. I was waiting for my colp results, and had some anxiety over it. Now it's through the roof. Shame on them, and their terrible, broken system.

I have no clue where to start but I have nothing good to say. Everything is rushed and she never listens to you. Unfortunately this is my one and only pregnancy and it hasn’t been a pleasant experience with her.

I've been coming to this office for 30 years. They help a lot of young women and families. I've never had a bad experience with this office. Yes it's busy that means a lot of people come here. I now bring my daughter and I trust bringing her here. I highly recommend

Every time my wife has a doctors appointment she has to wait 1hr or longer. Why make a damn appointment if your going to take your time and have a room full of people. Literally make you wait in your vehicle until it's your time. She's 40 weeks and it's not easy for her to be waiting around. Apparently it seems like they're more interested in your money then helping you out.

Initially I thought that I could give this doctor the benefit of the doubt but it wasn't until My third trimester that she became very rude and unapologetically insensitive. In the beginning of my pregnancy I asked her if I could continue to work out and she told me no because I was high risk then in my third trimester I told her that I felt as if I was gaining too much weight and she told me that her medical assistant would have alerted her and when I asked her to look at my chart she didn't even have it with her she later then had one of the assistants print out my weight gain over the pregnancy and then decided that yes I was right I was gaining too much weight but I feel that as my doctor she should have known that already or at least checked my chart before she entered my room after an hour of me waiting for her. She then decided to tell me that my boyfriend needed to put a padlock on my refrigerator I felt like this was a disgusting comment from her and completely unnecessary as I was then 30 weeks pregnant and when I asked her why she said I couldn't work out she told me that she never said that to me she had no idea that she had previously made that comment she asked me who told me that and I told her that she was the one who told me not to work out in the beginning and she acted surprised she laughed And then said I must be emotionally eating. I then left the office in tears and switched doctors immediately thankfully I switched to Dr Lichtenstein who became aware of dr. Mallard Warren's mistakes and said that she definitely dropped the ball with my pregnancy care which was very hurtful and a huge wake up call that I was definitely in the wrong hands with her. I one hundred percent do not recommend her if you are looking for a Doctor Who will be on top of your prenatal care and if you want your pregnancy to be taken care of I suggest you find a better Doctor Who has bedside manners.

DR. Gail M. is very bad at what she does you never see her at any apts. and when she does arrive its in a hurry also rushing to get to other patients after taking forever to arrive upon apt.you can only get delivered by her at 3 hospitals Saint Agnes medical center ,Clovis Community or Kaiser she has made 20+ babies pass away and some how gets away with it including a set of twins i have a handfull of moms & parents that can vouch for that she needs to step down and let someone else do the job for her i strongly DO NOT!! RECOMMEND HER!

Avoid this Doctor's office. They are very unprofessional. They Bill you for items that you dont even know about. The person Lynn is rude and does not know what she is doing and how to explain the charges on an account.

I've been going to Dr Gail Mallard Warren for the last 3 years and she's great. Very informative and quick, once you speak with her. The only downfall is is that you will have to wait 2 hours to be seen. Thats the total wait time in the waiting rooms and the patient room. The appointment schedulers can be rude sometimes that is the only reason why I'm looking for another OB not because Dr. Mallard Warren's service, but the whole process of waiting to see her it's too time-consuming for me at this time. She NEEDS new staff.
