The new M.As Infront def slack on the job I feel the phone always says disconnected or busy or they place you on hold for so long 30 mins+ the phone hangs up and they don't answer I love Dr. Fong she's great but this new staff is horrible my kids records were lost now I'm having to backtrack shot records

Worst staff ever that I experienced. No one ever answer the phone. Called non stop gor past two days. Do they even have receptionist that works there or what. Oh my god. Please don't go to this office at all because its a waste of time trying to get a hold of them.

I had Dr Lim as my pediatrician when I was a kid and she was good. I have her again now as an adult but have never seen her at this office. Dr Laura has always been really nice to me though. The building could use a good cleaning and some new paint but overall not too bad.

Been going to Dr. Lim until she retired and her NP Dykes-Cox has taken her adult patients. So a little over 30 years? She's been wonderful. Her NP is wonderful too. Dr. Lim was my son's pediatric dr. since son was still in a stroller (1.5 years old) and then his primary dr. until Dr. Lim's office moved from Gettysburg & my son moved to a facility.

The reviews are true. This place could use a deep cleaning and some paint on the walls. Literally looks like a prison waiting room. Bathroom is disgusting, the sink was full of water. Some staff is nice some staff is rude. I thought Dr. Grace was going to be my Dr. Instead I got the nurse practitioner. The nurse practitioner seemed miserable to be there and tired. She was cold and monatone. She didn't seem to care about me or my concerns. Very odd experience here. I will never come back.

I been waiting 3 hours in this doctors office and still haven't been see so I know my high blood pressure is sky high... don't make no sense to have to wait so long just for the doctor to come in for 5 mins

I just Put 1 Star just to put an Honest Review . Not like some people on here . That's really sad that they have their own staff put 5 stars just to look decent. This office is the utmost horrible experience. They take forever to seat patients in the back , even with an appointment. The staff is very lazy and very rude . They literally will sit and just look at you while your waiting up front to ask a question. The facility is gruesomely dirty (especially the restroom ) . I will not be bringing my son to such low standards . Time for a New Dr ASAP
