Dr Simpson is the best! He really listens. He really cares. Very helpful.

I receive care from Dr. Simpson in a teaching capacity. There have been referrals for surgery as well a more routine treatments. All of these have included physicians doing their rounds. While I was immediately impressed with him, each of his "students" supported my feelings. He is knowledgeable, personable, and confident. I would highly recommend him.

Horrible doesn’t come close to my experience with this man. If you suffer and are coping with alopecia, beware. He poked fun at the fact that I was going bald and assured me there was nothing “out there” to help. His words “we can try to save the little hair you do have, hahaha”. I wish I would’ve walked out then. My eyes immediately began to water—he showed no compassion & did not care.I refuse to return. I STRONGLY urge anyone considering to be seen by this man to go somewhere else. I wish I did.

He is thorough and efficient, besides being such a nice person.

I have brought both my daughters to see Dr. Simpson for acne. He is always so informative and friendly, they both have beautiful, clear skin now!

After suffering with a rare skin condition for over 30 years I was finally referred to see Dr. Simpson who was more than helpful in explaining my diagnosis. Since then I have brought my son in to see him and cannot express how thankful we are to have this Dermatologist here in Fresno.

I have only been to Dr. Simpson twice but that was more then enough. I had questions about psoriasis and he could not answer any of them seemed more interested in hurrying up so he could go on to the next. When I asked what triggers is he said nothing really just have it...I also asked if stress is a trigger he said no, then said well it can be, but not a big trigger. I may have been boring to him or I am sure he sees patients all day and we all have that day, but he kept yawning. To me I was a potential long life patient with this condition and if you are in that field you should care about your patients well being or potential ones. As of now the medication he prescribed did nothing and no information that was given to me was useful.. all he could say is yup, you can say you have full blown psoriasis. He said if your good I'm good, but what else do I say besides yeah if he had no information on it.

I first met Dr. Gregory in May 2017 . He is very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and understanding. He explained my condition in simple terms and within 2 weeks i had 70% clear skin.The staff are very helpful.

He's got a great sense of humour. It's taken quite a long time to get needed results. But from what he explained it's a stubborn pre cancer. Hopefully by my next visit it'll be taken care of for good. The office tends to lose me with follow-up appointments and I have to call several times. Other than that I'm very pleased with Doctor Simpson personally.
