Dr. Hill is an excellent doctor who meticulously attend to the needs of her patients. It's her staff that don't know what they are doing. No follow up with appointments, not returning voice mail calls, etc. Not answering phone calls.
So very disappointed with my care the past couple years. There is a lack of follow through and Dr Hill & her staff appear to be overwhelmed. I absolutely LOVE the people...Dr Hill, Aaron, Raelynn & others. It's the absence of attention given when a diagnosis is made that prompted me to change doctors recently.
I had to drive from Selma ca. To Fresno ca just to get a refill on a prescription because no body would answer the phone, I tried to call for 2 days several times but no reply. When I got to her office the door was locked during business hours so I bet on the door until someone opened it and I was able to get my refill. That is uncalled.
After multiple days of calling and leaving urgent messages I've come to the conclusion that she just doesn't care about her patients. Her patient has been in the hospital for 3 weeks now and has not once called or checked on her. It's really discouraging what healthcare has come to.

Very kind and caring doctor. She is very busy (as most doctors are now, post-pandemic) so it is hard to reach her office sometimes but usually messages get to her and once you video call she is very considerate and professional.
Dr. Hill and her staff are very poorly ran. It is very sad to say that my mother, after being with Dr Hill for 16 years, has received such poor and inadequate results. My mother went to Dr Hill to follow up on an unfortunate ER visit. She was in pain and using a walker to barely be able to walk. Dr. Hill was to put in referrals for treatment that I later found out she never completed. I found this out from her office manager after several calls to the office to follow up on the progress of the referrals as well as prescription that were to be called in. Dr. Hill, her office manager, and her frontend help have not followed through on these matters for almost 4 weeks while my mother continues to suffer in pain, waiting for treatment that Dr Hill prescibed. My mother as well as myself have called to follow up on the issues and were given false hope and promise that it would be taken care of. Promises do not help my mother heal or relieve her pain. The office is unorganized, understaffed, and Dr. Hill in my opinion has taken on too much to were her level of care she can provide is poor at best. I would not recommend her to anyone that needs medical assistance until she can reorganize her office in a manner that they could actually follow through on treatment plans that she has prescribed for her patients.
Warning do not go to this doctor. on average she is at least 3 hours late.very unorganized and not very good at followup.
Almost impossible to get anybody on the phone and wait times are 2-3 hours. Staying on the line to speak to the exchange "system" is also a horrible experience -- they are very rude. Would not recommend.
I'm a new patient of Dr. Mary Hill. I appreciate her caring mannerism, and thank her for motivating me to get back on track to a better way of life. I will think of her now, before I eat something I shouldn't. Her office staff is also very kind and so far it's all good for me.👍

I have been a patient for over 20 years. She knows me because she treats her patients not their diseases. Sometimes the wait is long but it goes to show how invested she is. If you want complete, quality care, she is the best choice!!

My husband called to make an appointment for a basic physical and bloodwork at the end of January 2020, he was told he couldn’t get an appointment until the end of March. He is very understanding in general and was willing to wait patiently for that appointment, due to COVID-19 they reschedule to April...then again to May...then again to June...you can see where this is going. Finally, he gets his appointment rescheduled for July 31st and they turn it into a teleconference... he would have been willing to do a teleconference for months but was never notified that was ever an option. He finally had his appointment at the end of July but had to wait over an hour longer for the doctor to call him. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. Let me put this into perspective for you, I see a different doctor, it took me 2 days to get an appointment for the same physical and bloodwork my husband waited over 6 months to get! If you like being the butt of a giant cosmic joke and don’t mind waiting in queue for months on end in purgatory limbo, this place is absolutely for you and you need look no further for a doctor.
Dr. HILL was my Physician for over 20 years I absolutely loved her but after several horrible experiences waiting in her office and rude staff I made the decision to walk away I have no regrets.
I am a new patient. Dr. Hill genuinely cares and she takes time to listen. My previous doctor was retiring, so it took about six months to get an appointment with Dr. Hill but after we met, I understand why she is booked up. I recommend Dr. Hill.
