List of Hill Mary's Reviews
Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Hill. She is like family. You will wait past your appointment time but she is well worth it. She takes time with each patient and if you don’t have that flexibility, she isn’t the fit for you. I myself rely on that attention to details.
This is one of the most unprofessional thing I have every seen. They made an appointment for me then got canceled without letting me know because they are not taking new patients. They have no idea how would a day make a difference they should have told me the day i made my appointment.
Excellent. She has been my doctor for more than 20 years. She is very skilled, caring, will always explain any medical findings and test results. She goes beyond the minimum to seek tests and make referrals in order to met her patients' needs. The requirements of her position, which mean that she has to see may patients in a day, constrain how much time she can spend with a patient. That said, she does spend more than the typical 15 minutes allowed per patient, which leads to rather long wait times. She is thorough, kind, and pleasant. Highly recommended.
tried to get an appointment here. Nobody answers the phone. Always goes to voicemail. Voicemails aren't checked or answered. I had to contact the corporate office and after about a week they told me the office would call me. They called the next day and said they weren't accepting new patients. So why are you telling all the insurance companies that you are available and accepting new patients. Based on other reviews, seems like I dodged a bullet. The story I read about a patient dying from a staph infection was horrifying.
Dr. Hill is an excellent doctor who meticulously attend to the needs of her patients. It's her staff that don't know what they are doing. No follow up with appointments, not returning voice mail calls, etc. Not answering phone calls.
I had to drive from Selma ca. To Fresno ca just to get a refill on a prescription because no body would answer the phone, I tried to call for 2 days several times but no reply. When I got to her office the door was locked during business hours so I bet on the door until someone opened it and I was able to get my refill. That is uncalled.
She NEVER returns phone calls After multiple days of calling and leaving urgent messages I've come to the conclusion that she just doesn't care about her patients. Her patient has been in the hospital for 3 weeks now and has not once called or checked on her. It's really discouraging what healthcare has come to.

Dr. Hill and her staff are very poorly ran. It is very sad to say that my mother, after being with Dr Hill for 16 years, has received such poor and inadequate results. My mother went to Dr Hill to follow up on an unfortunate ER visit. She was in pain and using a walker to barely be able to walk. Dr. Hill was to put in referrals for treatment that I later found out she never completed. I found this out from her office manager after several calls to the office to follow up on the progress of the referrals as well as prescription that were to be called in. Dr. Hill, her office manager, and her frontend help have not followed through on these matters for almost 4 weeks while my mother continues to suffer in pain, waiting for treatment that Dr Hill prescibed. My mother as well as myself have called to follow up on the issues and were given false hope and promise that it would be taken care of. Promises do not help my mother heal or relieve her pain. The office is unorganized, understaffed, and Dr. Hill in my opinion has taken on too much to were her level of care she can provide is poor at best. I would not recommend her to anyone that needs medical assistance until she can reorganize her office in a manner that they could actually follow through on treatment plans that she has prescribed for her patients.
Very kind and caring doctor. She is very busy (as most doctors are now, post-pandemic) so it is hard to reach her office sometimes but usually messages get to her and once you video call she is very considerate and professional.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
