List of Hipolito Mariano's Reviews
This place has to be the worst (medical clinic), with the worst customer service.
Trying to squeeze in an appointment with dr Mariano is so hard because he's hardly ever here anymore :( the nurse practitioner is nice but she is always forgetting who you are and what medication she's already subscribed to you :/ really frustrating when I'm asked "how long have you been on these? Who prescribed these? " and it was her who prescribed them to me the prior visit :/ prescriptions and referrals take FOREVER to be made :/ l. And by then the referrals "expire " and you need to make another appointment to have another referral filled out The receptionist and some MAs are really what keep me coming back because of their hospitality and because this has been a family doctor for over 15 years now.
My family has been going to Fresno family medical clinic for 14 years, my mom had recently had a tumor removed from her brain, that UZI caught with my moms blood work, he sent her to an amazing hospital with amazing staff, nurses. They saved my moms life. Dr.Mariano is an Extraordinary doctor. He helps adults and children. He even took care of my daughter with her Seizures When she was little. He was always patient, and caring. He never rushes, he takes his time. He makes sure all his patients are taken care of. I would definitely recommend Fresno family medical clinic. The best doctors, and amazing staff.
He is very professional, compassionate, attentive, good listener, and knowledgeable. He has been my physician for 10 years now.
caring. Excellent listener. He answered all my questions. Polite. Best doctor to have. Sweet. And very handsome.
Was able to diagnose and treat what other doctors couldn’t! Love him, very knowledgeable caring and professional. wish he was my doctor from the start. Thank you
Extremely dirty office dead flys everywhere and dusty and the chairs unbelievable didn't even sit on them because I was discussed, it took the Dr 3 hrs to come see me
Dr Mariano is very professional. He always helped me by answering all my questions. He is a good doctor. Very friendly. Great personality.
Appointments are not really appointments. The scheduled appointments start at 8am but Dr arrives after 9:30am. By that time, there are several people waiting. In fact, my mom got sent home after waiting for two hours because the doctor wanted to “go home early”! What a joke. It’s sad he’s even considered a doctor because he certainly isn’t professional at all. How can you book appointments, show up late, and though you have several people waiting with appointments decide to go home? It’s awful. He shouldn’t have a medical practice because he doesn’t run an ethical or efficient medical practice. Stay away unless you want to wait for 2-3 hours and sometimes not be seen. We saw several people be sent home despite waiting for 2 hours and having appointments. He also has the audacity to post a sign that says not to complain if wait times are long. He actually knows wait times will be ridiculously long.
Long appointment schedules and long waiting time when you get to the office. Always delayed in seeing the patients. Office staff is not very helpful and rude.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
