Sloppy and unorganized buisness For over a year now I have been repeatedly trying to pay my remaining balance of $100 but every single time I call to pay it, they either don’t answer, don’t call back, or they HANG UP ON ME!!I called them again today and yet again, no one answered!! Poor experience- highly judgemental and unprofessional, not to mention a long wait and others being seen ahead of my husbands appointment time. Strongly discourage anyone from this facility- also dirty facility and unclean.

I wish I can give them no stars been there for yearssssss I got no help at all might as well pay a wall to listen to me because that is what im doing right now

Dr Chann was professional and experienced. I appreciated her soft voice tone. She was skilled and I felt confident of her care.

This doctor actually called my other doctor because apparently they were related. She called him and told him that I was a drug addict. I only went to her one time and I was just to talk to her to see what I should be doing. I was on no medication whatsoever. That’s why I was seeing her because I didn’t know if I should be on medication or not because I have schizophrenia. And yes, I definitely need to be on medication. Otherwise I ain’t going to psychosis and I don’t know what’s real. She actually called my other doctor and told him that and then he got mad at me and called me a drug addict. During the whole appointment, she was nothing but rude and dismissive to me. I sat there crying the whole time because I was severely depressed and confused because I was in psychosis, and I wasn’t sure if I should be taking medication or not so I saw her for that and she was so rude to me. I mean, she barely said two words and when she did, it was full of distain. Her attitude was appalling.. save yourself the time and the money and do not see this person. By the way, I’m complaining to the board about her and her behavior, especially since she called my other doctor and told him I was a drug addict. That’s a big no no. I take one medication now for schizophrenia and it’s an antipsychotic. I don’t know why she did that to me. Oh what I did wrong but that one hurts.

If 0 stars was possible shes earned it. She leaves in the middle of sessions for personal calls. She’s very dismissive of any issues i brought up. Also be ready to repeat yourself 2 to 3 times. Combined with a dirty and cramped waiting room i wouldnt recommend her to my worst enemy.

Doctor Chann is ethical, competent and a good listener. She stays abreast with psychiatric medications and alternative forms of treatment. She introduced me to Mindfulness Meditation and the practice has changed my life. The other good thing about working with the doctor is that she helps you set realistic goals and monitors your progress. Each time I’ve met with Jagmeet, she has given me her undivided attention. Extremely happy with her treatment!
