I recently decided to change cardiologists just because I was not pleased with the last several interactions I’d had with my previous cardio and staff. I immediately felt very good about Dr. Basraon when meeting him and he was thorough in my initial examination. I believe I’m in good hands.

At the heart group the minute you walk in the door you know you're in a happy place when you check in you're greeted with a smile you feel like they're happy to see you. Some of my other medical workers act as though I'm interfering in their day, but here at the heart group they look you in the eye and you're warmly greeted. 😊

The entire staff was clear with instructions and information. They were kind. Especially the front desk to everyone she encountered as I sat in the waiting room. She had to explain to a patient several times and she responded respectfully.

Dr. Jagroop Basraon is a great Dr. and I love his staff! His assistant, Jennie, is the best! So attentive to my needs and such a helpful and nice young lady! His PA, Melissa, is the best too! They are very thorough and spends a lot of time explaining everything to me.
