His office staff is horrible to work with. I had a billing problem and instead of fixing it they sent to collection. Nice guys. They have also screwed up and kept the data chip out of my machine then claimed they lost it.

He is just Ok but he ghas the worst staff. My insurance was out of network because they mis billed it and I told them how to fix it and they sent me to collection instead. I have had 2 or 3 interactions with staff and they are EXTREMELY unprofessional and can't do anything right. Being his patient isn't worth it. I dropped him.

Dr. Roper is a highly skilled practitioner. He is very informative while he explains in detail the issues presented. I appreciate his efficient, calm and friendly demeanor . I am a very satisfied patient.

Dr Roper was fine. He was curteous and after 2-3 minutes of him listening to why I was there, he took me over to the table and took my vitals and asked me some normal questions. Then he told me I needed an overnight sleep study. Except I didn't know that was all he did. I have had 4 overnight sleep studies in 2 years and they are all available to him. I’m always impressed with my appointment with Dr John Roper. He has helped me with my sleep apnea. I sleep so soundly now that I have a bi-pap. Dr Roper is one of my top doctors. I highly recommend him.
