A number of things have gone well. The most recent thing is my skin cancer on four places on my face. I am going in for the final observation today. You can trust their decisions.
Dr. Boswell is the most knowledgeable skin doctor I have been to so far!! He figured out at 1st dermatology visit exactly what I was dealing with. I had gone to 4 previous dermatologist, & he was the one to diagnose me correctly. Thank you Dr Boswell for all your expertise & treatment.
Had a rough-surface wart ( as it turned out) on my back I couldn't really see. As a cancer survivor, I am not interested in taking chances with growths. Before I went to Boswell's , I went to Accelerated Urgent Care ( Also 5 stars for me) and was seen on time with polite and very helpful advice. The generalist doctor that attended to me was very polite and helpful-he didn't like the looks of -- what turned out to be--the wart. He observed it had irregular edges and dark coloring, two indicators that it might be a malignancy. He advised me to get a biopsy done as soon as possible. I asked Boswell's office life I could get biopsy done, and they saw me SAME DAY. It turned out it was just a wart, they recognized the species? variety? right away and named it -- something that began with "Vulgarius...." or the like. No biopsy needed. They froze it with some hi-tech Reddi-Whip clone, stung a LITTLE, and they said if should be gone in a few days. No charge, Medicare is great, thanks FDR, lucky these recent MAGAGrifters grifters aren't running health care. Yet.
Always a good experience here. I'm usually not kept waiting like in other doctor's offices. Teen dandruff? Fixed. Acne? Fixed. Mysterious rash? They recognize it and will get it fixed!
Bought a microneedling special , 3 for the price of 2. They told me I had a year to use them. However when I went to redeem the third one they said it was only 6 months after all. They also wouldn't refund the 100 deposit they were supposed to give back after I completed the third service.
The man is a gas lighting sexist. Stay away from this practice.
Place is nice, clean. The two separate receptionists I saw had zero personality, not friendly in the SLIGHTEST, they appear to think their looks will make up for it but...not quite the case unfortunately. One was having a snack at the desk as I was checking out, I guess I interrupted feeding time, she was annoyed bc as a first time patient there I didn't know that it was the OTHER DESK. Duh. Anyways, The doctor or NP was very pleasant. Luckily I'll only have to come back 1x/year.
Extremely difficult to make or change appt. I needed to change an appointment. I called several times. Each time I was directed to hold (by computer voice) and then after a few minutes on hold was told “thank you,” and disconnected. I finally gave up and cancelled appointment via text. I will reschedule with a different dermatologist’s office.
What a great doctor ! I have only seen him twice but I was quite impressed! I highly recommend this office. Staff are friendly too. It's a much busier office than what I am used to as my other doctor retired. It's quite a ways from my home as well but worth the drive.
I love Dr. Boswell's office. The staff is always very nice. And they always know how to take care of their wrestlers skin.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
